Tremendous help. The red door locked light has been coming on these past 2-days. Our machine has been in operation since Feb. '17 and has worked flawlessly...until now.

I want to thank you again Hollywood maintenance. I used your video before and I used it again today I got behind it and cleaned out the filter and now it spins completely 100% great. The old homeowner made a very tight washroom so these duets barely fit in it I might come up with a barn door and have them turn the other way. They definitely won't stack in this room. Thank you and have a Happy New Year.
You saved me a ton of time and taking things apart. My machine was trying to drain and door was locked and wouldn’t stop. I was able to reset and put it into diagnostics and as soon as it unlocked the door, I was able to get everything reset and back to normal. Thanks!!

Have the same washer, why does this machine go through the was cycle than gets to the rinse cycle and it shuts off with no codes
I am not able to get into the diagnosis mode by pressing 3 non-power keys. The reason is that when the power plug is in, the washer makes the sound of washing. it does not accept the press made.

My Duet washer went from C00 to C01 and has just stayed in that code for quite awhile. It only moved on after 5+ minutes. What is C1?
Also, it did show the error code E01,F08 prior to me pressing the SPIN & PLAY. Then it went into this C01 code & froze.
About a month or so ago, it kept shutting down & giving the e1f8 code when it was supposed to be pumping in cold water…. Then it suddenly switched & allowed cold washing & rinsing, & started giving the e1f8 code for hot water, & not letting any hot water in.
We have cleared all hoses & filters. And also put in a new Sensor.
After waiting 5 minutes with the C01 code, it finally went into the C2 mode, cold did come in, then it switched to the C03, but no water came through. It froze again on the C3.
During the 7 years we’ve owned this washer, we have never used the Dispenser for anything. We put the detergent directly into the wash bin, & we don’t use liquid bleach or liquid fabric softener.
During the C03 code, I opened the dispenser & there was water full in the fabric softener area. When I pushed it back into the machine, that water drizzled down into the bin. The c3 code remained for another 5 minutes.
When it switched to the C04 code, no water came in. It stayed in that mode another 5 minutes.
It then went on through the c5 & c6 & c7 & c8 codes as normal.
When it had completed the diagnostics, the wet clothes & wash bin did have a bit of warmth inside.
Try unplugging for 5 minutes
I pulled out the machine to clear out hose. But I was not able for get inside pump or filter because I have a dryer on top. It’s impossible to get in the washer that way. I unplugged. Tried to clear the diagnostic and now it’s running a test .and it goes back to E01 F09. It doesn’t clear.
You probably have to clean the filter if you have the exact model on this Particular model you can access the filter from the back it’s on the bottom of the tub. Usually you have to take off the whole front
You can clear the codes from pressing and holding down soil for about 5 seconds
Our machine starts spinning, it pumps some water goes in and then it pumps out some water and shuts off. I finally got it into diagnostic mode and gets to the c3 code and shuts off. We just noticed as we are here it came back on by itself…. What could be the problem?
If the code F05E03 continuously shows with the latch light and latch continuing to release and lock is there a way to clear this?
Press and hold soil button for about 5 seconds to clear codes. You’ll hear a beep and should go to 88.
Have you experienced the washer goes thru cycles and then in rinse cycle machines stops and goes into error

How do you unstick the power botton.
Try unplugging it for about 5 minutes to clear the board. Make sure you clear any codes too. Worst case scenario may need new board. Hopefully not. Is the control lock light on?
Can I order the water pump for this exact same model online? If so, is it on Amazon or somewhere else?

Means you need to clean the filter and maybe replace the water pump.
