All models with the first three digits "WFW" made before 2010.
Please do not take my word for the WFW models those I'm not completely sure about.
FYI - I have this washer (a model down from this) Less cycles but still has a heater... It's 19 years old this month. Can't believe it. I think 2007 or 2008 the control board was replaced...after that kept it plugged into a surge proector and no service calls at all ever sincne and still works and sounds the same as day 1.. Crazy! Worth mentioning that I'm pretty OCD about taking care of my stuff

Whirlpool owns the rights to the material. Since we never had full written permission I took it down. It is a good dvd

Hey man, how long is the diagnostic test supposed to last? on C:05 for a while now and it's still spinning
Depending on the model a test cycle can be as little as 5 minutes or as long as 15
Mine is like this and it says locked I press end of cycle and it still won't do anything what can I do next none of my lights come on either
Press and hold the control lock button until the light turns off. If it doesn’t you have a different problem.
I have a dryer just like this. Won't do anything. Won't give any light.
This only works on duet washers, Not duet dryers.

Mines is just like yours it says F11 and it stops the last 12 mins & beeps
try un plugging and plugging back in all the wires at the main control board and MCU. If problem still exists after doing this you may have either a failed MCU or CCU.
Mine just won't stop beeping it's consistent .... all the lights turn on 🤦🏻
sounds more like a duet dryer issue. if the dryer is what's doing that, unplug the appliance wait for 2 minuets and plug the appliance back in if this still doesn't resolve the issue the main control is most likely at fault however the user interface could also be at fault instead.
