I gained 30 pounds last year due to illness and medication and such, and people around me always feel the need to point it out to me. My legs are covered in stretch marks that everyone notices. But, the funny thing is, I'm actually okay with myself for once. I no longer restrict my eating or repeat hurtful comments to myself about my appearance.

Healthy! I'm still a bit underweight after a bout of depression that started summer 2017 but I'm getting there! I can do it!
I don't want to assume or write the wrong thing, but know that somethings take time to heal and so long as we recognise we're in trouble and strive to move forwards, that's all we can do. Providing we're on the right track, we're in the right place for us
