I'm having trouble finding a wiring harness. Why are there four plugs? One is for the ac, one for the antenna, one for the main stereo part (speakers etc). So, what is that fourth plug that has three wires coming out of it?gry/org, blu/gry and one cover in blk electrical tape. Also, The red wire from the aftermarket stereo goes where? the factory does not have an red cord. Someone suggested connecting it to another acc source like the cigg lighter. What do you think?
Does anybody have a link to for radios that fit this car?
If just the left side speakers work & the right doesnt at all and its not a balance control problem, is a stereo amp blown? Could it be a blown fuse or breaker in the radio? Does the radio have to be replaced? The stock sound seemed fair, not very good, before this happened. If the radio needs replacement, would you recommend a better stereo? Are the stock speakers also not very good and should be replaced as well? I dont want any high-end expensive system, but just one that would create better sound than stock.
Cool man
This was great. Quick question: do you need to flash the radio if it comes with anti-theft? Or is it just a simple Re and RE
I am getting a used radio from a junkyard, would i need to program it?
Thank you
Good tip to check for a CD before unplugging
Thank You. That will keep me from guessing and breaking anything. Is there anything to know about anti theft radios? Will I need to get it programmed or something? Thanks
Thank you sir! This was a great help much appreciated!
