there was almost 3k cuts in this video and after around 2k cuts my editing software started to suffer and lost precision with next cuts (when I was doing a cut in one spot it appeared few milliseconds before or after that spot xd) So this video turned out to be a benchmark for my pc and software.

When I played factorio, I just made a refined concrete factory so I could get around faster, put so much concrete everywhere, and then stopped playing never getting to space.

i've recently picked up Factorio, and finding your channel has been informative and helpful in getting my bases set up. Until i found your content, i would always bottleneck at blue and yellow science because i wasnt producing as i should have been. Thank you for the great content!
6:41 / 8:45 / 9:57 note to self, before placing 40 furnaces/assemblers/whatever in a row, first complete the first part completely with belts and inserters so if you misplaced the belts by one tile, you only need to replace a few buildings instead of a complete row. But I take like 3 hours to build a base 10 times as small as this 😅

I've got 400 hours on factorio but I NEVER thought about that and always get sooner or later in trouble because my coal belt is not fast enough to get enough coal to my endless line of burners I mean seriously, why haven't I thought about that???

This is really a decent run! Don't give up, I want you to try again, sub 4h will come, and sub 3h for sure too! P.S. I'm sure you know that, but to be sure I will say it. Comparing with Franqly (and any other top10 time) is unfair, he uses much more complicated layout which is really hard to remember all of shit that's going on there. Don't worry, you will be really good if you can finish in ~3, maybe 3,5h with this layout. Good luck on next runs!

The editing made listening to this factory be built, so satisfying. I haven't played since I was running it on 4gb of ram, a ryzen 3 with vega 3 gpu w/500MB lmao. My new laptop is a beauty, so It'll be awesome going back to Factorio , even being able to run large mods !
