I've been paying once a year and love it because I don't have to remember monthly payments. I need to play more though to make it worthwhile. Just discovered your channel lately and love all the explanations. I play alone so its hard sometimes to level up.
Armor Vendors at different locations you can also use as cosmetics.. They tend to have some location specific ones (some being pretty cool). I.E. Bree, Rivendell, etc... Edit: Some Lotro store cosmetics are actually earnable through instances and raids in game, as well☺ Try to save earned lotro points for content, i.e. expansions, regions, etc.. As an aside, beginning quest/early gear in Lotro tends to not look that good.
if you're showcasing some stuff in the game, sometimes might be good to hop on your more advanced characters to show. but i know you're doing this during your streams, i get it.
There is a playlist linked in the description to my old LOTRO videos, where I showcase all the other characters I have, there are a ton of guides for classes and gameplay and beyond. I've already done all of that in the past, so unlikely I'll be doing it again too much in the future : )
Items lockef behind a reputation wall are another option. I think to a cloak i never found anywhere else than in the survivors of wildermore faction items.
