Sucks. Give up hope! lol. Mine dropped an exhaust valve on my black bike and I haven't touched it since. Parts of the exhaust valve stem fell out the header. Will need a valve/piston and combustions chamber work on the head at minimum. The way things are going at local race tracks, I may never fix mine.
If stock springs, then boost pushing against the spring could have caused it to pop the valve keeper off the retainer, then the valve drops and hits the piston. But who knows.@@MIGHTYDQ
Who knows and you might not ever know, bottom line is it's broke. Every time I think about pulling my motor out, I get more and more bad news about the track, and it just doesn't make sense to spend money on it when there are less and less opportunities to race it.@@MIGHTYDQ
@@quick99busa I hear ya. Soon as we figure out what's all broken I'm ordering parts. Have a head already. I know I need a piston. Hopefully the cylinder is salvageable
Sounded like multiple lean flat spots in the MAP. Or was that valve float
It was actually too rich. He had it kinda smooth on the run before the intake lifted. Damn valve 😡
Pop that thing bang bang bang. Now you need new go fast parts 👍
Already in the works!!!!!
I know how it feels brother 😭
Y'all in Houston? Does he tune bone stock Busas?
Man. Sucks! Nah we in Cali. And he does
Don’t tell me she blew up mayne 😞, ya got to fix her tho don’t give up on it don’t sell 💪🏾
Man! Needed piston and new cylinder. The motor is almost back together but I need to fight someone that can repair the turbo

Damn. You know what may have caused it. We were only at like 7k rpm.

Yea. That's crazy. Wasn't under boost. Maybe it was just time 🤷🏿♂️

Did you ever put valve springs in it?
