Learn how to maximize every inch of your grill grate using direct grilling (grilling directly over the coals). Here I'll be grilling 2 packages of whole wings on my Weber Kettle-that's over 30 whole wings! Normally I can only fit about half that amount cooking them indirect. This video is part of my Weber Kettle Direct Grilling Series.
I'll be honest, the cook didn't go perfect. But that's why I want you to see it! Because as easy as we all make it look in the video, sometimes something just doesn't go the way you planned it.
