A clogged shower drain can result in slow draining water and an unpleasant odor in the bathroom.

BioOne Notes:
-BioOne contains live bacteria and is affective at removing organic substances such as fat, oil, grease (FOG) and algae. It does not degrade hair, but rather consumes the fats, oil, grease and organic matter which bind the hair in the pipe. Once the buildup is removed, hair should move freely through the line.
-This product will work more slowly compared to chemical drain cleaners since there's a biological process taking place. If you are using BioOne, it's best to avoid putting products down the drain that kill bacteria, like bleach, in the meantime.

Nice video, keep it up, side note, it's a common myth about using bicarb and vinegar at the same time. if you use them both together you immediately get a violent reaction and then end up with an inert liquid that won't clean anything

I agree, it will likely need frequent cleaning. I'm looking for one with a deeper basket and will share if I find a better option 🤞
Just use hot water and caustic soda. No tools. Works like magic.

Thank you for the suggestion. It seems effective, but can apparently harden in pipes and worsen clogs. I'm also cautious about using chemicals like this due to the risk of burns and harmful fumes.
@@markae0 Drains are made of plastic, not metal.
@@wildcat-diy Caustic soda only hardens if you use too much. Flush the drain with hot water first, add the soda, then add more hot water to dissolve the soda

In hindsight, vinegar alone might have addressed the clog by removing the mineral buildup and dislodging the hair. Which drain cleaners have you found effective?
