    Found you on TikTok, and love having your fixes so searchable and handy here. Woke up this morning with this muscle being one big knot on one side. Can I do this a couple times a day until it isn't so dense?

      I’d stick with 1-2 x a day and a few times a week. More doesn’t typically make the body respond faster 😩 I have a number of jaw and neck exercises in my Mobility Mastery Toolkit that can help too! Www.Mobilitytoolkit.co
