- TILTING TRAILER LIFT SHOCK. I INSTALLED A LIFT SHOCK IN MY TILTING TRAILER AND IT TURNED INTO THE WORST INSTALLATION EVER. THE BLOOPERS at the end of the video are a must see and will make it clear why this is the case. However the lift shock, once installed is a must for anyone attempting to load a tilting trailer alone.

Love the bloopers on the bits. If ya do another trailer mod, add them in. Tip. Mark where you want to drill with a template. Then remove template and drill slow first to indent tip of bit into metal or wood. Then increase speed gradually. Always fun running your pilot bit first and needing 5 more.👍
🤣just like me every time! Thanks for keeping those in and sharing the lift shock
Good thing your birthday is coming up. Haha.
How did you determine what pressure strut to buy for your trailer. In other words if I get it too strong the trailer will keep wanting to go up and if I get a too weak it's going to slam down.
a trailer supply store should be able to recommend correct psi shock for your trailer and load. that said i would go slightly heavier . I bought the recommended one, and the trailer slammed down when driving machines off
@@angling_arrows ok. Txs
😂😂😂. Hope your child doesn’t watch this one. Lol
Self tapping screws are cheaper
