When Metallica was recording the ...And Justice For All album, Jason Newsted was their new bass. Lars Ulrich didn't want Jason to become the most popular member of the band because he was a new member, so they agreed to lower the volume of the bass guitar a lot. Pretty weird, I know, but thats what they said in an interview. Also, if you want to hear the bass on the album, you should look up 'And Jason For All' on youtube, it's a remix of the album with more bass guitar. Sounds awesome!

@@ronbo7634 the snakebyte gloss finish is prone to developing cracks, you can get a better explorer for cheaper, have a look at the schecter e1 apocalypse or blood reign, or the Jackson pro fury demmelition white, would also recommend looking at the Chapman ghost fret bad blood... Right now I am saving up for a Aristides 060, it's my dream guitar.
And as far as I know, the album is named like that because there was no charges to the driver who crashed the bus and caused Cliff´s death, who was the bass player. So is kind of Ironic as well
