As your clutch looks burnt, wouldn't it be a good time to check your KTM790 oil jet is not blocked...? that burning - could have come from incorrect cable adjustment or the rider, but I might still check the jet is clear, for sure.
Great video! Clear and easy to follow, how many miles was on the old clutch? There are reports of clutches on the 790 ADV R failing with low miles and KTM will not cover under warranty...

Hola Juan - Los Rekluse son populares, incluso entre los pilotos del Dakar. La bicicleta se vuelve inestable, no se puede detener. Reproduce un uso perfecto del embrague incluso cuando un piloto está agotado o comete errores.

Why did you not soak the plates in oil?
how you didn't choose rekluse auto clutch?
Do you install without clutch washer? Or do you put on the clutch after insertion?
