After my first Rekluse in a 2015 KTM 500 EXC-F, I would never own another KTM without one. When I purchased my 2023 KTM 350 EXC-F my awesome dealer mechanic installed the Rekluse for me. I ride lots of technical trails within 15 minutes of my garage, and the Rekluse really increases the safety factor, especially on very steep uphills and downhill trails. Now that it makes sense to buy a 2023 KTM 890 Adventure R for longer rides, my first mod with be a Rekluse! Great video, thank you for sharing!
Great video and explanation. Seems like maybe putting in softer springs and leaving your clutch play adjustment how you had it may have been a better setup for your lack of engagement?
Great tutorial, I have a Rekluse ( old school type W/ ball bearings ) in my 06 RM 250 and absolutely love it. I was contemplating putting one of these in my Norden 901 , but wasn't sure since it has a slipper clutch . Just a little on the fence here.
When adjusting the throw out arm and shaft, is the cable attached? If no, are you pushing the arm into the tank? Are you fully rotating the shaft counter clockwise until it stops? I'm stuck at this step... once reattaching the throw out arm to cable, the shaft is just about fully engaged giving the clutch very little movement after turned 7-8 turns. That and the pull is so soft that the band basically pulls in the clutch near 100%.
Awesome, glad you found it helpful! We;re having crazy rain here in CA and I got into some really slippery mud conditions this weekend. I really valued the way this thing works in those nasty conditions.
No. Not sure what you mean. I address that in the video, I have a quickshifter also, nothing special needs to be done to make it work. It just works as expected.

I assume it fits the Norden 901?

İs this product fit 2023 890 Adv R..?
So this is similar to the new honda e clutch, right? The only difference is you can turn off honda e clutch.
I’m going to try one of those, one day
The biggest reason i would want one on my 690, so i can run stock gearing making it better in tighter single track and still have highway gearing.
I have Quick shift on my 890 adv. R. Is there anything i need to do about that?

Needs a Motovlog style follow up.
