    Additional tip for beginners: You may experience being licked in the face by pets while inverted as some pets lack spatial awareness.

    This table is awesome but the key I have found is regular use, not how long you remain inverted. Several 2-3 min sessions a day is better than 2 x 15 min sessions. I've started doing stretches while inverted and the relief I get is same or better than a physio visit.

    Just ordered my LX9 yesterday, I can’t wait for it to arrive. AND to all my Brother and Sisters in Arms, they give us a 5 percent discount, even off the sale price. I love doing business with quality companies and even more so, with those who acknowledge our service. Be well and stay healthy.

    Hi. Question for you. I have I believe is a pulled muscle in my lower back and was wondering if those exercises were ok to do and if you could give me some advice on what to do. Thank you. I love the teeter table!

    How do you work out the degree? how do I know when its 60 deg?

      @TeeterFitness  11 місяців тому +1

      Hi Robert, depending on what model you have your tether strap will have an embroidered guide to let you know when you're at 60 degrees. If you do not have the EZ Angle Tether you'll know you're at 60 degrees when the bed is aligned with the a-frame when you're inverted. If you have any additional questions please don't hesitate to reach out to our Teeter Product Experts at 800-847-0143 (M-F, 8am-4pm PST).
