    The some of the screws don't line up ,and the is out of wack. It looks good on TV or computer. But the one I purchased is a piece of crap , it's noisy and it's not worth the money!!!

    Can you do the crunches on the X3 inversion table or only the Lx9?

    I'm Hitting 80 this month been doing these exercises for 5 years now. Also I incorporate isometric moves while hanging about. So many different moves you can do on these inversion tables. I had a cheaper table for about a week. Very very unstable I sold it. And Bought a teeter. Don't mind pushing their name as it's very very well made and thought out I will probably keep using it until they send me to another planet 🙂🙂👍👍

      Thank you for your question. It's personal preference. We have people that prefer to invert first thing in the morning, some right before bed, and some in the middle of the day. It's totally up to you! We just recommend that you start slow at lesser degrees of inversion for a couple minutes at a time and work your way up.     A great device. Very heavy and not portable though. Also, I like to swing from side to side when I'm hanging to open up the hips. It looks like that wouldn't be possible with this unit as the side bars would get in the way. I use a Bac Trac (no longer manufactured) which is a lot lighter and folds down flat making it more portable. I can also swing from side to side as it's A-frame shape means no bars in the way. Like the Bac Trac there is also the Invertrac and also the Gravicat (looks to only be available in Europe).

    hi Katie,just wonder if you can make a workout for full 60 min ,not a very heavy one,but kind of in the middle,fast and slow,from light set up to medium heavy,full circle in 60 min,coza teeter have nothing lake that,only 45 min ,30,25 ,15 etc.

    Gonna give a 45⁰ a shot first lol, pretty sure the last time I even tried to go fully upside down I nearly passed out the moment I was fully inverted... kinda concerns me honestly.

      Hi George, we recommend starting slow and working your way to the higher degrees of inversion. You don't have to go to full inversion to receive all the benefits of inversion. 60 degrees is what we consider to be the "magic angle". If at some point you decide to try full inversion again you may want to use a spotter the first time.     This machine looks like it should do a nice job . Plus, it’s almost 4 grand less compared to the NuStep T4R I would love to save all that money, but I don’t want to get a piece of junk either. What a dilemma I am in.

      Hi Doug, the FitForm offers concentric-biased resistance training with minimal resistance as the cable returns, so the focus is on the flex. This can result in less post-workout muscle soreness and faster recovery. With primary concentric resistance, there is less lactic acid build up and thus faster recovery without the soreness that comes from lifting weights.     Circulation is getting cut off to my legs on the Dex because of compression while in inversion. Any adjustments I can make to have a better experience?

      Hi there, we recommend checking the hip height and adjusting the leg rollers for a snug fit. You’ll want to keep that lap pad positioned at the highest part of your hips so that when you hinge over, you are supported by the hip bone rather than the soft tissue of your thighs. Also, it’s okay to come up for a rest and give yourself a little break, even if it’s just part way. Listen to your body and do what is most comfortable to you!
