  • Ube cake batter:
    Ube Chiffon cake
    5 L size egg yolks
    30 grams granulated sugar
    100 grams ube jam /ube halaya
    70 ml milk
    50 ml vegetable oil
    2 tsp ube extract
    100 grams cake flour / all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    a pinch of salt
    Meringue:
    5 egg whites
    80 grams granulated sugar
    1 tsp lemon juice / 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
    Oven Temperature:
    160℃ Electric Oven
    140℃ Gas oven
    Bake for 50~55 minutes
