Basta po well baked at firm na sya hindi sya magsshrink after ilabas sa oven. As much as possible po kasi need na mairoll yung cake habang medyo warm pa para pliable pa sya to avoid na magcrack
Dahil po sa browning effect during the baking process. Technically, chemical reaction po yan ng ube flavoring/coloring sa leavening agent like baking powder.

Hindi po ba nagshi-shrink ung cake once nailabas na po sa oven? No need na po ba itaob pag nilabas sa oven?
