    ✔️Cake Batter
    4 pcs. egg yolks [large size]
    1/4 cup sugar [50grams]
    1/4 cup oil (any cooking oil) [60ml]
    1/2 cup fresh milk (or water instead) [120ml]
    1 tbsp ube flavoring [15m]
    1 cup cake flour [130grams]
    1 tsp baking powder [5grams]
    1/4 tsp salt [1gram]
    ✔️Meringue
    4 pcs. egg whites
    1/4 tsp cream of tartar [1gram]
    1/4 cup sugar [50grams]
    ✔️Ube Buttercream
    1 cup unsalted butter [225grams]
    2 cups powdered sugar [240grams]
    2-3 tsp ube flavoring(may adjust amount base on your preference)
    Rectangular Pan size used: 40x30x2cm
    Baking temp: 170°C (in pre-heated oven)
    Baking time: 30 mins. (or check doneness with toothpick)
