They would not even supply her with their required documentation. It is just a guess on the VA's part as to what documentation is needed to create confusion. The clerk assistant said she was familiar with the difficulty but made no effort to actually rectify the problem. Since you have the necessary knowledge, how about getting up off your A$$ and going over to the VA and explaining what documentation is required, get it, come back and process it today? Our veterans served all of us, why can you not serve them? Show some real appreciation and be the solution.

Well, I have only watched a small portion and can already tell these public servants need to be FIRED. The disdain that they showed for the veteran is totally unacceptable and i hope their superiors watch this and correct their positively garbage service. Great job GT exposing these unhinged public servants. They have no business working with the public. It’s the taxpayers right to film county workers during the course of their duty. I guess it would’ve been OK. If the law enforcement they called up there did you harm possibly putting you in jail injuring you severely that’s supposed to be OK, I don’t think so. They definitely need to be retrained or find a job in the private sector. Also I’m pretty sure you can request their video cameras footage which people have no idea what’s going on here. When government employees start acting up like these employees they should be eligible for imeditate dismissal . for rudeness and or rights violations. and when caught on the internet shopping/playing games/etc doing anything not actual job related should be imedately sent home w/outpay for at least 8 hours for 1st violation /40 hours for 2nd violation / immedate termination/fired for 3rd violation... (citizen cameras or actual work place cameras it does not matter).....actually work for your pay or go home and find a job in the private sector...Public servants becoming un-employed public employees...
