Most public officials were polite, friendly, and professional. Expect for the DA’s office upstairs where we met Emily and John Bennet. To include a LT from the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office that believes enforcing feelings rather than law takes precedence. This LT compared my camera to a waving a gun around in the air.
The city of Cumming, Georgia has a history for a famous case law. The Eleventh Circuit held there is a “First Amendment right, subject to reasonable time, manner, place restrictions, to photograph or videotape police conduct” because the First Amendment protects the right to record matters of public interest, Smith v. City of Cumming, (11th Cir. 2000).

The LT is causing a Disorderly Conduct situation by yelling at people across the courthouse.
LT, when the question is asked and answered with "I am not going to debate it with you". That's a clear indicator that you have no idea. And trust us, you didn't need any help from GT in making your country look bad. You did that ALL BY YOURSELF.

DA's office knows about as much law as local police departments. And we all know that law enforcement officers do not know the law. It looks like the DA's office does not know the law even though they say. And if they do know the law and are trying not to help you with it then where would you go to the State legislative office?

What this all boils down to is "peceived unfetted authority" ... Bad public servants (particularly including LEO's) immediately take a superior stance based on this imaginary authority, whereas good public servants come from a genuine service driven focus .. the reception you received at the two offices adjoining one another illustrated this point perfectly ... Emily exhibited all the traits of a spoilt entitled brat, fine and pleasant until told 'no' 🇭🇲
