Killer Whales Up Close (Full Show) at SeaWorld San Diego 6/23/16

This particular show was unique in that it featured 9 out of 11 of SeaWorld San Diego's killer whales! I've listed some highlights below:
1:10 - Introducing Orkid, Nakai, Makani, and Kasatka
3:45 - Orkid (holding a fish) and Makani slideout
5:48 - Corky, Shouka, and Ikaika are switched in and demonstrate side breaches, back breaches, and depth charges respectively
8:55 - Shouka and Corky volunteer segment
11:44 - Ikaika is sent on a backdive but self-terminates after the siding bow
16:02 - Ulises and Keet are switched in to finish the show
19:25 - Ulises is asked for a center side breach but does a center belly breach instead
21:30 - Ulises gets another try at the center side breach and succeeds while Keet slides out on stage

I was just at SWC (going to SWT for first time soon) and I saw the marks on Kasatka's face. What is that ?

Some other Orcas have this too. I don't know why.

I believe those could be rakes from another killer whale.

@@IM_BR00K1E the discoloration on the face are not rakes. Rakes would be long thin scratches on the skin, not blotches of discoloration. My comment was 7 years ago and it has since been figured out that it was a fungal infection

I’ve been on the biggest orca kick. I hate to say I’m 30 now and feel I’m passed my prime for learning a new trade but I do love it. I just love them all!

UniqueFlameGirl they don't treat their animals right. orchid and korky have really bad back stories and korky is now dead :(

Heidi Murphy The park is a joke!!! I wish it would close down. Animals should live in the ocean not in a tank... So sad...
