Sure, here’s the recipe: 1 whole butternut squash, 3 cups cooked black beans, 1 onion chopped, 3 tablespoons Ethiopian berebere seasoning (this is slightly spicy keep in mind), 1.5 tsp onion powder, 1.5 tsp garlic powder, 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt or to taste.
