Ya i just got my bar so get to try more workouts again. Have joint issues so it gets hard knowing if the position is at right spot or not

I love that bar bro. Try playing around with your elbow position to make the curl the most comfortable for you. If I remember correctly when I was recording this I had golfers elbow; but after I found the correct elbow position and ROM for the movement everything was money.

It depends on how I Feel. If I do go up it’s not going to be by much since when I hit this exercise I use it mostly to feel the contraction.

@@BENNYTHEOX Thanks! Newbie here. I was focusing on the lift, I have now reduced weight and focussing on the extension instead. Feels better. I like the stability of the tricep bar over dumbell curls.
