The great thing about the EZ curl is its short length and the vertical twist and/or hold is a great addition. It is great for quick sets. The only thing I have noticed is that it doesn't fully activate your biceps on a curl like a straight bar or dumbbells do and a lot of over use can create Tennis elbow/tendonitis. But pump on.

U can but u gotta maintain the form which is a lil harder with dumbbells, but yes its possible
