They don't regret the affair, they regret getting caught and losing their comfortable life.

@@SalemK-ty4ti Actually, the Bible doesn't support cheating. It flat out states cheating is reason for divorce. It also doesn't want men to be doormats.

When he found out she lied about being able to have sex again was NOT the first time she lied to him. It was just the first time he found out about it. She was lying to him for months if not years before that.

If you have a backbone and let your feelings be known up front and never deviate you will not have a problem with any woman exerting control over your life or your choices.

Wouldn't the evil wife know she couldn't use her lawyer boyfriend in her divorce. It would be a conflict of interest. Plus all of the kids witnessed her cheating at different times so , even custody would be tough.

This is a cautionary tale about what happens when a man isn't the leader of his home. Men need to be men and take the head of the family position seriously. For God sake man up and if your woman oversteps put her back in her position. The problem today is men have forgotten how to be men. It's not about force its about leadership. Either lead, follow or get out of the way.

@@user-vz7gk8wb8k So I shouldn’t believe in interpretation or someone’s opinion? I don’t think you see the irony here. You are giving me your opinion as you interpret the Bible.
OK, let’s take the Bible at its word. Leviticus 25:44-46 tells us who we can buy as slaves for life and who we can’t buy if we want to buy slaves. Do you see the harm here. The antebellum south Christians took the Bible at its word to justify slavery. That’s because the Bible condones slavery and this is just another example of the harm that the Bible does.
