Even at the end, his SISTER blamed him (and his ex) for their spite and leaving “their kids” caught in the middle. Yes the kids are innocent, but when they saw him that last time before jail and stated you “aren’t my daddy”…that is when any love/pity for them would have died.
Yes their mom partly conditioned them to it, and they are young; but he was the father they knew for all their lives. Saying that so coldly to his face isn’t his fault, but their mother and their own. Actions have consequences and he has NO moral/legal/financial obligation to them any more.

The problem with the government changing laws I there are so many levels of government that divorce supports same as child support its nearly impossible to change since the women's rights movement goes straight to it.1974 when it was established it was cemented in place their are movements towards parts of the divorce but by the time anything worthy changes it'll be too late.the institution is avoided

Amy is exactly like other wives who cheat and have children from another man. She wanted her husband to raise the kids as his own. They see wrong in what they've done, but rationalize their husband raising the kids as giving them a better future than what they'd have with her AP as their "daddy".
This whole scenario could have been avoided had OP gone along with Amy's plan. She'd be allowed to have relations with Hal, but HE'D start seeing other women. All it would take is one- ONE GAL- and Amy would "ditch" Hal in favor of OP. Women, like Amy, cannot handle knowing their husband is with another woman. They begin to wonder all kinds of questions. Is she younger? Is she prettier? Is she better in bed? Does she do things for him that I don't? All of a sudden their AP doesn't matter anymore. What matters is if they're going to be REPLACED. You see, Gents, these gals NEED their husband to be the good father and husband, while the husbands DON'T NEED the wife... and all it takes is for the husband to figure that out. Hasta La Vista, Baby! Even if the husband gets hit in the divorce, she'll still know she was REPLACED.... and her total FAILURE to keep her husband will stick with her until her last breath.

Still on birth certificate. So legally he is defacto father. Story is a bit all over the place with that. But he took a fatherly role.
understand, he always said he loved his children bio or not. when it was discovered he was not bio dad was there was no mention of a name change on birth certificates, as it is now, it is on record he is not bio dad and with this being so there could be future problems without an adoption. @@kaljlowe

This is a common misconception- size. The corn industry glorifies it, but it's not all its cracked up to be. Gals will admit its painful, and not a pleasant experience. They try it because theyre curious, but soon discover that reality isnt so great. Additionally, as my college girlfriend told me, guys like that have a hard time keeping "hard", and disappoint a gal when he can't provide the necessary "movement" in and out to provide stimulation.

It always amazes me just how some people think that this type of behavior is ok in a marriage, the face that she wanted him to just deal with her having sex with that guy and openly saying it was great sex to her husband.
