I'll never get that 12 minutes back.
Must keep unit upright for 24 hours before turning it on!
I would have liked to see a little more about the drain hose connections. The instructions that Cnme with this unit absolutely suck. My pump hose connection leaks all over the floor and I cant pull the quarter inch plastic hose out of the connection. I just bought this yesterday and already thinking about taking it back and getting a different one. iF THAT DOESNT WORK
EITHER OR LEAK ALL OVER THE FLOOR I WILL Take THAT ONE BACK AND GET A REFUND and so much for Pelonis. Im kind of disappointed in this item. Ive had several dehumidifiers over the years and this is by far the most fiddly. And very poor instructions
What about the pump and how it functions?
I read the manual because everyone is giving him grief for not waiting 24 hours, and it says nothing about waiting any period of time. So either the manual is junk, or they've made it safe to run units without the need to do so.
it is stated on the quick start guide taped to the top of the humidifier, 1st step..let it sit for 24 hrs
supposed to wait 24 hours before turning it on due to the refrigerant properties
You are? I read your suppose to run it continuous for the first 24hrs
@@freightdawg6762 refrigerant is touchy it needs to be in perfect condition for operation anything that uses refrigerant that doesn't have an accumulator should be given 24 hours to settle before operation
@@freightdawg6762 correct, the user manual does say to operate on continuous for 24 hours when initially run. Plus it says nothing about waiting 24 hours before running.
Just bought one of these tonight from Menards $179 hope it lasts
Dehumidifiers are not cheap anymore.
@@steveadrehel yeah especially when they dont last more than one summer
Wow
🤣🤣🤣
I have ice buildup on the filter after I returned from vacation. How do I get rid of it?
Clean your filter
Certainly appreciate your effort to help but unpacking is not something most people need assistance with. Seriously. How to operate in is something that people would appreciate tips on. But there was almost none of that in your video and your camera angle did not allow any view of what you were doing with the controls. .
Noted.
Exactly he didn't say whether he was going to use the bucket only obviously he is cause. He didn't use the little black thing that he found. I think? He was confused. As? To. What? That was he could have at least explained the option of that this is an absolute horrible guy opens directions reads how many amps how tall it was. How wide it was push some buttons that we don't. Know? End of story nice. OK I'll try to watch another one of your videos. I never judge on first meeting only but that was a big strike out here
Yikes. You lost me the second you had it on its side, and upside down.
taught me nothing
Do better please
So he literally reads us the directions on what it is and all the stuff that we don't need when it came to him hooking up the hose. Putting the thing that it wraps around in the back and then it might cramp what should you do? Should you loosen it is he gonna use the pump part of it all? I did was read us the directions on how many amps it had totally useless video. Wow
Just unboxing it and hooking it up and not letting it sit for 24 hours before using it. Not worth the time to view this.
