Glad UA-cam just randomly put your channel to me. First place I’ve found that’s compared the Neo vista and Neo zen, I thought they were identical with exception of the plate. Think I’ll wait for when the zen is available in my country before buying it, as the total lack of stability in the vista would no doubt end my ankles. #forthealgorithm

How are they different to the neo zen when it comes to bounce and responsiveness? Ty

I’m going to make a video on this, in the next few days. I prefer the bounce in the Zen. I can compress the foam and feel the responsiveness more than in the NB5

How long have you been running for? I’m trying to pick your brain and see how long it took for you to run quicker paces at lower heart rates. I’m a few months in so I’m sure it will take time, but I’m not sure if I’m heading the right direction or not 😆

Hey sorry for the delay! Welcome to the amazing and complex world of running!! I have been running for 3 years. It wasn’t till 2 1/2 years in i saw my pace getting faster with the same effort. It does take a really long time. Muscles you can see changes in a few weeks cardiovascular health take years. Best thing I did was throw in one intense run a week the rest were long EASY runs. I run a lot off effort not pace or HR. But keep your runs easy and light you will see a difference quickly. Just because not to over do it the bones do take a long time to adjust to the impact. Usually 4-6 months from some reading i have done. Hope this helps. Let me know I like talking running.

@@Nicks_Running_Journeyyou’re the man! I’ll be following your content and comment and ask questions when needed for sure! The good thing I noticed is my Cardio Recovery after 1 Minute of being done from running is now 44BPM when it was only 25BPM 3 months ago so the cardio health for sure is getting better. Thanks again!
