Quite the intriguing 3d platformer(?), happy to see HLD's team is keeping up w/ the aesthetics, still eager to experience 6e6e6e's Radio the Universe though.
0:12 *JOURNEY* ... - i think this answers your quesiton. 2:28 if that wasn't inspired by Journey, I wouldn't know what is^^ I think its Journey but was eaten by *Sunset Overdrive* (rail grinding and shooting stuff + super colorful)
this is how you make walking/traversing gameplay fun, not that sorry ass excuse of gameplay death stranding has, painful, tedious, and boring. and the best part is that solar ash is not actively trying to be pretentious and pompous with its writing. unlike death stranding.
Don't think it's getting a physical. I was also hoping it would, taking into consideration that The Pathless came to disc and is also an Anapurna published game.
I love you guys, I really do, so please forgive me for being critical. I feel like the informal conversational tone of your podcast and noisy news week segments are the real appeal of your channel. The game reviews by comparison feel kind of clunky and awkward. I totally understand the difficulty in terms of trying to not use the same words all the time etc, but the reviews at times feel like someone using a bunch of $50 words that aren’t necessarily doing a better job of communicating what a more common usage one would. I apologize, I don’t make game reviews so who am I to criticize, right? The best thing you guys have going for you is your personalities and humor, and I feel like that’s being lost in an attempt to do something more “professional “. And yes, I know Noisey Pixel is more than just Azario and Spencer, but they’re the ones whose personalities are more prominently featured in the videos I enjoy.
This game was not better than a 7. This game was a disappointment. The camera is horrible, boss battles tedious and for a game that’s all about movement….it’s not very precise. Combat is literally a one button tap
this review was so well-written. thank you for the intelligence tempered with intention; it's much appreciated.
if you haven't thought about games as art before then you haven't played Shadow of the Colossus yet
Just finished it today, this game is amazing. The level design is out of this world

You guys rock. Thank you for this review. I’m gonna play it now

this game kinda remind of gravity rush 1&2...
I keep trying to figure out if this thing is going to get a physical or not it seems hard to get a straight answer

This is a 3d Sonic
Lol
Shame it's an Epic exclusive.
Soooo the story delivery is bad, combat is boring, and the camera controls are awkward... but 8.5 because it's pretty?
