OMG 😱, I lost it when you said “I thought it was the puffy shirt from Seinfeld”. That was classic. It’s such a shame to see those ceiling rosettes destroyed. 😔 Thank you for sharing your time and videos with us.
Sorry, I couldn't wait for you to get out of that first house, what a mess! The second house with the fire looked like it started in the living room back by the kitchen, the damage was the worst there.
My deduction of this 'pigeon poop' home? A landlord owned 10 homes back in the 80s (and beyond?), this being one of them. It came to be in such poor condition that rehabbing it for continued rental became cost prohibited so, it became a storage for evicted tenant's belongings from his other properties plus construction supplies for repairing the viable rentals. How did I do?? LoL
OMG that was exactly what I had guessed... Got half way through the video and said to myself "I know what that looks like". I just finished commenting on it then decided to scroll through the comments. I see your comment and I literally yelled "ha I was right!" Then proceeded to show the comment to the two people said I was full of it... Thank you for this little victory!

Thank you for sharing your videos with us. I just love exploring old abandoned homes but don’t have much time for it so I love watching your videos. It’s like being there. Again thanx!
I love your intro. music. Such a shame, it must have been a beautiful home back in the day. Thank you for taking us along. Stay safe, take care, God bless you.
Urbex Indigo thanks for sharing this video with me i really enjoyed this video about Abandoned- Creepy pigeon Villa full of old stuff and run down. Plus another old condemned Villa it must of been a nice place back in the day but no longer good for nothing any more my friend i am from the U.S.A and i always enjoy your channel and i can't wait to see your next video and i hope had a good Christmas and i hope you have a happy new year my friend and God Bless and thanks again.
I'm surprised the first place is still standing. Where I live, it would have been torn down as a health hazard due to the pigeon guano and the probabillity of mouse/rat droppings. A shame it was so far gone. It ws difficcut to tell what it might haave been like. The second one was probably a sweet little thing until the fire took it. Thanks for the tours and I hope you have had a Merry Christmas.
Hey Mr Paul what a mess those pigeons do mess up the place but a nice explore anyway. The second one was very interesting I don’t blame you for not going into that cellar I wouldn’t of either thanks for the cool explore mate stay safe
Hey Werner! :-) Both would have been charming old dwelling back in the day! Yeah that cellar is the only one iv not had a look in haha, cheers mate! :-)
2 rough looking places but also very interesting to see. It’s a shame someone felt the need to torch the second one. Fire damage is very eerie looking to me. I cannot get over the architecture in these places. It’s amazing. I wasn’t expecting the first one to be one giant pigeon coop 😂
The first house was such a mess and I felt such a waste of all the furniture etc. interesting history of the burnt house and reading the comments I can understand you wanting to make sure it was empty! Two very interesting houses thank you for showing us them. Hope you had a happy fun filled Christmas Day and I wish you all the best for the New Year xxx
I was wondering if you would find that second villa, i know it and its been abandoned way before that calendar says. From what I heard its part of a disputed will that was left unoccupied and then squatters moved in. They were kicked out but someone returned and set fire to it. Such a pity as this style and location alone is worth a million. Well done for finding it.
Hi Gene! :-) Haha you know that second one and you are correct there was some pretty rough type squatters in there with lots of junk and they got kicked out. I reckon they came back to torch it in revenge. They had young kids too. I pulled up at the front when I first saw it about 4 years ago and the guy came out with no shirt on and stood there staring at me haha :-) Filmed it in late 2019
Cool documentations of 2 old properties, in these 2 cases i'm sure they will be torn down, i guess there is no other option really. Thanks for sharing Cheers MM :)
A hazard suit was needed for the first place .I don't know how you managed to get through it as I know I would have fled for my life.Bird shot is not my favourite ,that's for sure .You need a medal for doing what many would not do. Thank you wishing you and yours a Happy New year and all the best now and future exploring..
Hi Paul! :-) So nice on the outside but such a shame it was so trashed inside it definitely gave a creepy vibe. But loved them both. The second one also had a charming facade such a shame that there was fire damage quite sad and a little creepy too. Thank you soo much again. :-) :-) hope you had a nice Christmas 🎄
Glad you enjoyed it Megan, great old home as you said from the outside haha. Woul d have been great back in the day. Enjoyed, Xmas, hope you did too! :-)
Second villa was so beautiful....would have been very special in it's day. Fascinating how fire affects the structure. It must have been dealt with quickly, as the roof and infrastructure was still ok. Clearly, smoke does so much damage. Thanks for the Boxing Day treat. ❤
Hello Paul trust you had a good Christmas. The first house I just can't believe the amount of stuff left in the house some one must Owen it it's sad so much of the old furniture is left to root. Loved the out lay of this house it must have been a beautiful home in it's day shame there are no photos of it before the fire. In this house there was an orange thing you thought was some kind of timer, well it was a set of kitchen scales the top part where you placed what you were used to measuring was missing . Thanks Anne
The first would have been a lovely family home at some point. The second home would have been pretty trippy walking into... Very unfortunate for the fire though. Hope you had a great Chrissy!🍾🥂
That first place was definitely for the birds. No saving anything, maybe the wrought iron work, that was beautiful. It's a shame about the second place burning. In its day it must have been a showstopper. Hope you had a good Christmas and have a wonderful rest of the holidays.
That poor house!! Definitely thrashed..... At least the other was empty...fire origin was most likely the back of the house & looks like it was after the residents left.. Hope you have a wonderful holiday!
Hello Paul,am a bit late but never miss it,I really enjoyed these two homes ,so old and beautiful ,to tell you the truth I been most of the afternoon watching your videos as I have a day to relax and I really enjoyed myself , thank you Paul I always enjoy your great work I hope you had a good Christmas and I wish you a very very happy new year so till Next year Paul a big 🤗 from a Frenchy in Australia 🇫🇷🇦🇺👍👍👍
ALWAYS enjoy your videos. Please be safe exploring, Paul. Hope you had a very, blessed Christmas. Best wishes to you in the New Year. Safe travels. Take care, God bless you.
Wow looked really cute from the outside, inside was pretty yuck. Pigeons can wreck a place really fast, along with trees growing in the actual structure. Thanks, Paul. Have a Happy New Year
I am glad you put a mask on 😷. It really bugs me when explorers don't take precautions when they exploring. Black mold and other things, like bird poop. Can make you very sick. I have found this out the hard way. Be careful. Where I live in the United States. They would have to be careful how they tear down the building. Because it would be considered a bio hazard. I hope you have good holiday.
I see the second house has beautiful iron frets. Seen many a home with that old kitchen wall paper, was a very common pattern. The orange clock thing is old scales... not timer. XD Yeah ceiling roses had different patterns. I would say the fire started in the loungeroom cause that had the most soot damage. It went into the hall and seeped into the bedrooms and back rooms.
It looks like it was used as a storage for maybe apartments or condos. There is way more stuff than can fit that house. It contains all the stuff that would be left over from when someone moves out but in multiple sets. Then there's the kitchen with all the 5gallen buckets (don't know what there called down there). But you've got paint, primer, caulking mascus plus extra sets of windows and molding. It's like an old apartment maintenance storage. I don't know about down there but where I live managers are required by law to hold all the contents of an apartment for 30 days after you have officially moved out. Even the food items as long as it's non-perishable. After that it stairs to do with ever with most throw it away but I have known a few that just held on to it as long as they had room to.
Both the Villas were definitely characteristic in an oddly creepy way internally, but with appealing facades. The second Villa was the creepiest though. Wonder what attracted the pigeons to the first Villa? The Villas would have been lovely and spacious for families back in the day. I'm really intrigued by the Villas and would love to know the history. Such a great explore thanks Paul and hope you had a lovely Christmas. 🎄
Merry Christmas, Paul! Such a shame the pigeon villa had been left to deteriorate to such an extent. Looked as if it was nothing too fancy prior to pigeon occupancy...the second fire damaged villa was very nice. Loved the bay windows... didn't seem there was anything structurally wrong with it apart from the fire damage. Thanks for taking us along on the explore!
Wow I don’t recall seeing two houses so equally damaged but due to different things. It was very interesting nevertheless. I imagine they were both lovely houses in there day. Thanks for the explore! Merry Christmas 🎄
LOL. I couldn’t watch the first part with the pigeon poo everywhere - I had just finished watching a video of a hoarder house loaded with raccoon poo and I think I’d already hit my ick limit for the day! 😂. The second home was so beautiful. You can see how lovely it was before the fire and squatters got hold if it. Just unspeakably sad. The details on the exterior are still intact and I love the iron gingerbread trim and tiling on the veranda floor. Perfect at one time! Thus one tore at my heartstrings.
What a filthy mess the first property was, I was quite surprised that you bothered getting in there, having said that from the outside the property looked to be a really old one and as always such a shame it was allowed to get in the condition it is now in. The second property one wonders with a fire and such a large plot at the back did some one have a plan or was it accidental? Well two properties no one much cared for, alas.
Hello Urbex Indigo, good day I am from Mexico City and I would like to ask you a favor if you could put subtitles in Spanish to understand your explanations of your visits to the houses and also so that you have more followers that we speak in Spanish in advance thank you very much and May you have a lot of success on your channel, since for me and my family you are the best Urbex channel!

The two old cabinets are beautiful, perhaps a very good deep clean and restoration and they would be able to be used again. The metal trunk would make an ideal coffee table in an industrial style home. The metal gates are beautiful. What happens when developers want to purchase a property and there are no living relatives. What happens to the purchase money.
The 1st house looks to be about 1920's with a partial refurb from the 60's to the 70's with a few items from the 80's. I'm guessing a deceased estate that's stayed in the family and used as a business up until about 2000. The 2nd house obviously had the fire start in the first room you entered in the main part of the house where the entry door had been burnt out.
3:00 How To Host A Murder... that don't sound good. XD 8:25 The Act Of Will, by Roberto Assagioli M. D. Weird books to have in a business. Nice pressed tin ceiling in the first home. Looks like the old girl died and the kids took over the home to rent out some rooms or for themselves. Then piled all the stuff they didn't want in some of the rooms, using the rest for storage. Then they too just left the house for dead. Maybe the people who took over the place were hoarders and then used this place because their home was full. 😄 Beautiful big wrought iron gates. Tom Jones Presents, was a good record, my Mum had that one.
Merry Xmas great videos Have to say the developers can have the first house the birds gave them what most of us want to give them a big pile of 💩 at one time she would have been a beauty
You should always walk 🚶♂️ with gloves regardless, because you don't really know what you're going to encounter while exploring. Good example this house 🏠 with all the pigeon poop 💩
I wonder if the smoke damage isn't smoke damage but from an old malfunctioning oil furnace. It can look an awful lot like a fire except for things aren't burnt they're just covered in a blackness. You said you couldn't smell the soot? If that's the case I'd definitely say oil... Unless there is plenty of charrd wood about.
I really need to watch till the end before putting a shoe in my mouth. That last room on the left (just before the larger room) the smoke on the wall coming into the room looked crazy but definitely smoke.

Bonjour d'Occitanie (France) Cette maison c'est une décharge (je ne parle pas que des fientes des pigeons) La robe blanche fait très années 70, les chaussures font très années 60
Bizarre. I have to wonder if the person who lived in the house was a hoarder who got the storage container with the intent of cleaning out the house. But, being unable to accomplish clearing the house, ended up moving what was in the container back into the house, and then ended up just living in the storage container. Just a possibility. It's strange how people can hoard because they want to save things, yet the items end up getting damaged or destroyed because of the size of the hoard.
Hi Pamela, the only time I have really hurt myself was actually a scratch from a fence! lol but nothing that has made me stop or not continue. Touch wood...... :-) Cheers for watching

@@urbexindigo5164 Ok muchas gracias paúl gracias por canal gracias por esfuerzo y toda mi familia te deseamos lo mejor para ti y toda tu familia desde la ciudad de México... Sigue así amigo!
Merry Christmas Paul!
I want to take this time to wish you and your family a very safe and blessed new year, Paul.
Happy new year Bob and same to you, thanks for the support! :-)
Merry Christmas!!
Same to you Debra! :-) Thanks for watching
XD
8:25 The Act Of Will, by Roberto Assagioli M.
Hi Tisjsme :-) I like your analysis of the place and I missed those book titles from memory lol. Cheers for watching :-)
@@urbexindigo5164 Yeah but have only watched that first house. Am watching the second one now. XD
Merry Xmas great videos
Have to say the developers can have the first house the birds gave them what most of us want to give them a big pile of 💩 at one time she would have been a beauty
G'day Paul ... as always, great explores although, house no.1 was a very gutsy explore. Perhaps carry gloves in a pocket at all times! Cheers, Ken
The things that you endure for us. 😂
Haha would not have it any other way leftykim :-)
Sometimes they do that textured plaster to try and hide cracks in the original.
I kind of kept expecting Alfred Hitchcock to walk by in the first house.
Paul ,,,,, my giddy aunt you took one hell of a chance going in the pigeon pen the crap ,,, make good fertiliser for tomato growin,,,,,Monday today so im full of turkey n stuffin and all other niceties,,,,, enjoyed this Christmas with my new wife Lucinda,,,, she's English a real Lady,,, yeah she has a title,
being an aristocrat and all ,,,, Lady Lucinda de la Tour is her
proper title her ancestors were part of William the Conquers invading army in 1066 ,,, Battle of Hastings and all of that
because of the aid her forefathers gave in the battle William Duke of Normady gave the family a title and land
there ya go ,,,,,Edwin n Lucy
OMG! I would not have gone in the poop house! Yikes 🇺🇸😀
Oh geez that was nasty 😨🤤 how do you walk into these homes ?
Bonjour d'Occitanie (France)
Cette maison c'est une décharge (je ne parle pas que des fientes des pigeons)
La robe blanche fait très années 70, les chaussures font très années 60
Bizarre. I have to wonder if the person who lived in the house was a hoarder who got the storage container with the intent of cleaning out the house. But, being unable to accomplish clearing the house, ended up moving what was in the container back into the house, and then ended up just living in the storage container. Just a possibility. It's strange how people can hoard because they want to save things, yet the items end up getting damaged or destroyed because of the size of the hoard.
paul when you explore old homes like that have u ever really hurt yourself
Hi Pamela, the only time I have really hurt myself was actually a scratch from a fence! lol but nothing that has made me stop or not continue. Touch wood...... :-) Cheers for watching
It was a very big house such a shame it wasent take care of the second you wonder why they never come back after the fire
Second one possible grow house
Eeeery 😳
Hi Anita :-) Yes eerie old place for sure! :-)
The first one was a shitty shitty bang bang dump the other one was nice on the outside, nice explore.
Holy pigeon poop!
OMG..Creepy much.
What a waste.
Merry Christmas and a Safe and Happy New Year 😊
Hi Kerrie! :-) Thanks for watching, and a safe and Merry Christmas to you also! :-)
❤️🌹
Hopefully after that first explore you went home and took long hot disinfecting shower.
Wearing the mask was a good idea ,,, I think there’d be worse than Covid in there mate . The first was definitely a pile of shit ( literally)and I wouldn’t blame you for not going into that cellar either. Been a great year watching your content and looking forward to more . Merry Christmas.👍
Hi mate! There was probably some cool more cool stuff in there, guessing some has been lifted. Yeah that has been the only cellar I have not gone in! :-) Cheers for you ongoing support mate!
This one is in real bad shape. The 2 winged inhabitants probably don't mind.
Be careful you can get Bird flu from the poop! Get out quick!
Looks to me sad or hoarders
Enough stuff to suggest that Linda , cheers for watching :-)
Needs a match, with all that pigeon filth
