Great vid! Thanks. You may need to put on your sleuth hat and go to the historical census records to see if it was ever under one street number and not split.
4:05. Well didn’t expect the modern interior. I think this started as one house. The second Art Deco door may have been the side door to enter the house from the carport. Thank you.
Hi Paul it looks like it was a full house once but divided into two.Lovely large kitchen beautiful original fireplace the bathrooms were modern nice size backyards thankyou Paul for another interesting find have a great week till next Sunday.😊
Well, a bit of a mystery house is this, I guess you could spend a while walking around wondering what it first started out like.. at least it still has a few original features in it. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, MM :)
I came back and as always, enjoyed Paul's video. Despite the modern kitchens which I think are OK, it's sad to see these historic homes being demolished. Thanks, Paul
Well Paul interesting house/s? Maybe changed many years ago, sometimes they did that when 2 siblings inherited a house. Now has been upgraded by one or 2 owners ?? Such a riddle. Thanks for sharing, cheers , bye Jenny 😊
It looks like it was originally one home that was divided very well. I love visiting Australia through your eyes. I do get a kick out of "pot plants". My original thought is pot aka Marijuana plants. Then I quickly realize that's what we call potted plants here in Canada. Language is great v
Thanks my friend for sharing this video with me i really enjoyed it about Bungalow duplex/Was it originally one home? Art Deco features added later in conversion? i and it was a really good Explore and i gave you a thumbs up shared you out on my community tab my friend i am from the U.S.A and i will always will show your channel support and God Bless.
The decorative cornus in the ceilings are reproduction because the original slatted ceilings have been replaced in those rooms. The vents are identical to my mid1920's bungalow.
I think it's been one house you see this a lot where I live with Queenslanders cut in flats and duplexes it's the cut off veranda that makes me think it's been one would have been a nice house in the beginning
Hi neets 🙂 glad you enjoyed. Same camera still 🤔 when I add still shots they are always more crisp than video but think there were only a couple stills of the front at the beginning 🙂👍
I agree with the idea that this was one house, converted. Interestingly, although they both seem to have the same bathroom / kitchen upgrades, it looks like the first one you went into was much more lovingly adapted. I'd certainly live there. The other one - not so much.
It is quite obvious that this was originally one single dwelling. From the front view, it appears that the facade of the right hand side was originally a verandah.
When first glans into the bedroom a black figure shows up kinda wierd i think your alone? We all know all these homes are gone money talks bullsheet walks. This home looks to be for a bigger family not 2 rather 1 home. Great seeing you again take care Love Barbie & Sam USA PS love your video top notch intro and outtro.
There only seemed to be one driveway that made me think one house originally and later divided. If it was built as two separate homes, would there have been a second driveway?
G'day what an absolute waste of resources, nothing wrong with reusing almost everything that property has to offer, hope they don't just tip it, cheers mate.
This is another nice looking house left abandoned I really liked how it looked on the inside and out in the yard. until next week and another empty house take care and Thank You.🏚🇦🇺🏠
I could imagine that place being one house 🏠🏡
Cute and simple homes, great find !! Cheers Paul Bye
Great find, nice and unique. ❤

Nice cosy place. Another awesome home being demolished in the name of progress. Thanks for showing us before it's gone forever Paul
Very cool video & explore! Nice cozy house! ❤️👍👍🤘

Very cool house. Love the flooring and the ceiling. Very unique floor plan.

I like these 2 houses. Thanks for sharing 👍 ❤❤
A little weird layout but really nice
Thanks for another thoughtful documentation of this pocket of other peoples' failed dreams and aspirations, Paul!!! Quite sad, but very Good job!!!👍

You see that new fence down the front of all those houses? This whole street is being demolished soon.

both of them were very nice

Great work.UI.

Nice house
Another great explore to watch while I drink my morning coffee. Did u get a new camera ? The quality looks really crisp today. x
Hi neets 🙂 glad you enjoyed. Same camera still 🤔 when I add still shots they are always more crisp than video but think there were only a couple stills of the front at the beginning 🙂👍
Hi paul, great video. Duplex now .Before the duplex it would have been a spacious home. Love the art deco features. Have a great day. Cheers deb
Very interesting place. Really nice tho. Beautiful pine floors.
House looks better than mine
Beautiful homes 🏠😍 love from the uk 🇬🇧
That is know as dental molding, here in N.C.

Yeah a bit of a strange duplex, om working out what it might have been. I think it was one big house divided to the duplex, nice features too.
I would guess it was one house then divided down a hallway into 2 units.
I'll be back.........😄
What beautiful home and it is a shame that they are knocking them down just to make way for a tunnel
I love the lights in these old homes! Not sure what the cover is called. I love the art deco lights the most! ❤
How and why did you get into this hobby. Myself I like looking at old houses.
Hoop pine re floorboards
What do they do with all flowers and fruit trees

So sad to see especially during a housing crisis with so many people being homeless
Are they being knocked down?
Hi Mark, yes they have all been knocked down now. 😒 Cheers for watching 👍

Clearly a single home divided into two rather awkward units. If you could map out the whole thing on paper it might reveal the original floor plan
