    Hello notice there wasn't too many comments so if you don't mind I'll give my two cents okay I think a lot of us go through a lot of depression and self guilt it's hard to feel not good enough or even empty inside I think it's important to realize you have patterns and Cycles to your day-to-day life. I don't know how much this will help the reason we distract ourselves is because there's so much shit down inside that we don't want to go through and feel I'm no different than you I've just gotten better on figuring this out very complex I don't want to ramble on focus on Improvement small steps like you stated not the outcome. We live in a world where there's a lot of hurting people are feeling lost and depressed and nobody tells us how to change or how to deal with our feelings or emotions. What else to live in a world where you're a man so you got to be hardcore and a tough guy well that's not how the real world works I often say this ,if you're hungry you eat if you're tired you sleep when you're sad why don't we cry because that makes us weak I disagree with that I think we all need to cry it's an emotion we need to express it helps with feeling like we're stuck in life all the time not going anywhere sorry I'm just rambling. You have a purpose finding it sometimes hard man. I wish you luck people out there care I know I do
