I think half the animation budget went into Bond's right eyebrow
@Zach Hello there Mr. Zachary
As it should, it's a character on it's own.
@@buppington he’s actually the main character. We need more eyebrow lore
@@Joov Brow, Eyebrow.
Good to see you joov
"If I live through this, I'll need a large sucky." Damn, Bond is smooth and straight to the point.
He said Saké, not sucky
@@stukafish4256 true, but let's be honest: he'd get both anyway.
@@thebigz3786 Factually true. Tbh it's been a while since I last played Nightfire. Might play it later on
@@stukafish4256 agreed
it took me a second to realize that Bond said "sake" and not "sucking"
Honestly this comment is the only reason I realised he didn't say sucking
@@insertnamehere1983 same
I'll need a large sucking
@@yourex-wife4259 same
I knew it was sake as its a well known Japanese drink
"I'd be terrified if Pierce Brosnan landed on my car and asked me for a lift" 😂 lmao same
The enemy NPC voices in the Japan level bring back so much nostalgia
I’ve always wondered what they said .
"im looking for ray finkle" is such a random and unrelated reference i had to subscribe
This was the first game I played until 4am with my brothers. Having some incredible Vietnam flashbacks watching this.
3:21 I love the Callmekevin reference
"Anything can be penetrated with the proper tools"
PARDON?!
Am I the only one that is under the impression that a duct that high up and connecting that easily to an office room would create the absolute worst draft?
Ah yes, the classic catchphrase of all worthy Bond opponents
*I love Fred Durst*
The edits on these episodes are just amazing.
when you said "What a wonderful kind of day!" it unlocked a whole portion of childhood memories i had forgotten about, as well as by playing this game.
Micky in every Bond game: "love the shotgun in this game. best gun in the game"
The idea of a Phil collins scored Schindler’a List is kills me. Like I’m picturing the final scene where they’re all paying respects and thanking Oskar Schindler’s grave and “In the Air Tonight” starts playing.
Haha, that's a hilarious visual.
That reminds me of the channel Mr. Sunday Movies, where they made a joke of putting "Tubthumping" by Chumbawamba at the end credits of Titanic.
*I GET KNOCKED DOWN, BUT I GET UP AGAIN*
Funny how a fellow Irish lad is playing a game based on an English spy who is played by a fellow Irish lad.
It all comes round full circle.
anytime i hear "Hi, im looking for ray finkle."....and" a clean pair of shorts!.
I haven't played this game in years, but old mate screaming about the bunker is seared into my psyche
Average Tesco Extra Fan vs Average WD-40 Enthusiasts
The battle of the ages!
.......FIGHT!
You have to play Phil Collins Presents Tarzan: Freeride now.
"I thought there were two spiders on the wall. I'm not even agoraphobic"
Bless.
The word he was looking for is arachnophobic, fear of spiders instead of fear of public places lol
If you played this game as a freshman in high school then senior year you got Oblivion. Fun how far we got in 4 years.
"Discount Callmekevin"
I mean, I DID find your videos through UA-cam's recommendations after watching a Call Me Kevin video 😅
2:44 Mayhew using his ventriloquist skills
So the SPAS12 is actually a shotgun you can fire in semi-automatic and pump action. When you're firing higher powered shells, it can be used semi-auto and for lesser shells, they don't have enough umph to cycle the system properly. It's an interesting quirk of the shotgun some know from Half Life 1 and 2 or some from Jurassic Park. And then there's weirdos who know it from Nightfire first, of course.
"I am looking for Ray Finkle" 😂😂😂😂
Omfg the q worm!!! Thats a flashback
14:23 - even as a kid, I knew this line was too suspicious, even for Bond
Ah everyone remembers the mission where Bond defends Phil Collins with his semi :D
*badguyjapaneselines*
"Oh ya I don't speak Welsh bud" loooool
The ace Ventura reference nearly killed me
14:24 great edit there
7:20 No, he's just very knowledgable about alcoholic drinks.
Mate these are clearly jokes like the one you pointed out in the video before this, they aren't factual statements
As a kid this game made me fall in love with Japan, I didn't even like anime. A James Bond game made me a weeb.
SAME
I don't care what it was, I'm just glad you're suffering with the rest of us weebs now.
Good for you, but please refrain from using anti-Japanophile slurs.
@@lexileigh3814Why “suffering”? Why not enjoying?
The coolest reload animation is also completely fictional. The real (lethal) dart gun it’s based on can’t be reloaded by the user at all (it’s intended to be completely waterproof)
Mayhew’s face is (like all non-Bond characters in this game) based on his actor, the late Ian Abercrombie (Wiseman in Army of Darkness, Palpatine in the Clone Wars cartoon), so resemblance to any composer is pure coincidence.
I enjoy learning new things about weapons i assumed was fictional. Thanks :D i discovered it was made by HK apparently?
4:11 I love how excitedly he went “Tarzan! :D”
I used to specifically replay *The Exchange* , *Double Cross* and *Chain Reaction* all the time when I was little to try and platinum them and not bother continuing with the other missions. The weapons and level design is soooo good in those stages! 🔥
Honestly that persona 4 refrence made me love you as a content creator so much more micky.
the only thing more comfier than a tesco extra across the road at 6am is a micky d video at 6am
Tesco Extra fans!
Those intros are fantastic.
Watching the rest of the video is just a bonus.
Sony once got James Bond to shill for Heineken, so I could see them doing Coors lol.
Also Mayhew's assistant sounds like Siri.
"Please clear my hard drive so they cant retrieve my files."
*shoots monitor* "that oughta do it"
god i love this game i owned on the cube back in the day and can honestly say ive beaten it over 1000 times ever way possible
' I hear kissing!' XD
Lol “Hi Phil Collins”
"I thought there were two spiders on the window... I'm not even agoraphobic but that scared me"
When social anxiety hit you so hard that even interacting with two animals at the same time is too much for you.
And also makes you confuse arachnophobia with agoraphobia, which is a fear of open spaces.
People who tell you that you talk too much are idiots. Your commentary is hilarious and awesome.
why would anyone watch a mickey D video and not want him to talk this much? he's the draw here, not the game.
@@theghostofthomasjenkins9643 Exactly.
I came to this channel for Morrowind, I stayed for the brilliant commentary.
@@theghostofthomasjenkins9643 man there are those people who take his jokes seriously XD that's just amazing
I don't understand that I've picked channels that have game play videos with a lot of talk8ng otherwise it'd just be boring if it was just all game play
This game is underrated. Still one of my all time favorites.
I enjoy your sense of humor , so much!
He's a great human
Night shift isn’t necessarily the best mission in the game but god I love the aesthetic and vibe of it
Awesome! While i was watching part 1, you uploaded this one :D
Every enemy in this game went to the Megaman School of Jump'n'shoot
Micky D is lowkey a retro gaming youtuber now. Not complaining tho.
I don't think you saw it during your last livestream, so...
Thanks to you i bought and started playing Morrowind and I absolutely love it!
So thank you Micky
Tarzan is like a sequel to Jungle book if you wish hard enough.
I think saki is in his top 5 most drunk drinks in the books, with whisky being the first and vodka the 7th
Rum?
Fun / stupid fact on the 2nd mission you did: On the PC version of this, instead of giving you a dart gun, they give you a dart pen, a PEN because you're going to take out the whole place already, but might as well be inconspicuous by hiding it in a bloody pen
007 Nightfire was developed by Eurocom, who ported Chamber of Secrets to the Xbox and Gamecube. You are still playing a Harry Potter game.
Harry Potter and the Spy Who Loved Me
The nightstalk mission was so hard for me as a kid. I remember It took me forever to beat It. Also, the tranquilizer gun is useless, the enemies actually eventually wake up. Just punching them kills them for good.
This game has a fascinating approach to hit detection. Seems to run on the same principle as Royal Mail "Stick it in the post, and we'll have a go at getting it there. It'll probs show up, no guarantees tho I might just lose it lol."
3:21 I always think I am watching him when I watch you lol
The good ol days of carrying more than 2 guns
"Discount callmekevin"
Someone likes to flatter themselves
I love your use of Danger5’s sensible chuckle monthly! I really don’t know many people outside my immediate social circle who has seen it which is a real shame
This was my childhood.
The Ray Finkle bit got me so good 😂
So he’s a man of culture as well
Totally adding 'Doneion Rings' to my glossary
9:19 look at the bullet holes xD
Yay another episode. This game was my childhood i played this game alot on the Nintendo 64 back in day. Well i played Mario kart 64 too but this game is a gem.
This game was on GameCube/PS2/Xbox. If it was N64 you were thinking of Goldeneye, a well known classic for the system, not Nightfire!
08:02 Random enemy: Good news, we don't need the monitor
Lmao, Bond went down bad... Going from Bollinger and Dry Martini to fucking Coors Light.
Bond be watching a no commentary playthrough of Persona 4 as if it's an anime
dude wtf, i remember the ninja fight being hard af
"I love Fred Durst" rlly got me
May today be better than yesterday, but, not as good as tomorrow
Night Shift was my favorite mission in any bond game
my dad hid this game from me as punishment when I was probably 13. It wasn't found for 10 years.
Night fire my favorite PS2 game brings back memories. Especially the bank mission in Japan where the fleeing civilians keep yelling the same line over and over again.
Micky D reminds me of the UA-camr named "CallMeKevin" so much lol...You've earned a new subscriber!
2:05 a true gamer moment
Obviously Bond knows what sake is, he's an alcoholic not a weeb
I'm more of a Tesco Express fan thank you very much!
Tesco Metro >>
Best playthrough yet Michael x
Lmao… surveillance room ftw. I just can’t… 😂🤣
Damn, this is such a fantastic game. It's just got even funnier with your jokes and anecdotes lol
Are you for real?
Phil Collins? This is officialy 007 Another Day In Paradise
My wife and I loved "donion rings!" XD
Your hank Hill impression is probably the worst impression I have ever heard, but it was the best thing on this channel.
No one:
Yakuza Gangsters: 🗣THAT’S A STOMACHKAZAAAA
It's Drake Belle, quick get to to panic room!
First time I noticed that Phil Collins guy has thr voice of Clone wars Palpatine 🤯
"Discount Callmekevin" lol
Decrypter? I hardly know her!
*looks at CCTV screen in a game that he screen records*: "That looks worse than my screen recording settings" -.-
"It was Tarzan, I was close."
How in feck . . . they're not even set on the same continent!
"I hear kissing noises!" 😂😂😂
00 Ramen is my absolutely favorite spy.
Thats not where i thought the magnum joke was going 😂
BTW did you know Ian Fleming named James Bond after an American Ornithologist?
Imagine the clout the real James must have gotten after the Bond books/films became popular.
