Reupload because in the original video I used some "royalty free" creepy music. Turns out it wasn't royalty free so I got a copyright claim. No big deal, I figured I'd use UA-cam's built in editor to remove the part with the copywritten music. That edit then broke the end of the video so it just wouldn't play the last 6 or 7 minutes. Very fun experience. My apologies for any inconvenience.
No worries! No inconvenience at all as well, thank you very much for going through the effort of reuploading! Hope it was better than the bloodmoon experience.
When my brother and I played this as kids, we'd jump in and out of the hole outside and crack up laughing as the guys kept going "HE'S IN THE HOLE" "HE'S OUTTA THE HOLE".
It's not that the Japanese enemies can't say anything other than "oy", they're just really big AC/DC fans. P.S. _Irish Man Cry_ is my favourite character action game series. P.P.S. That Ratchet-scream at 16:10 was some gold-tier editing! Hope you'll play the R&C games at some point too, they were half my childhood!
Shooting a guy, being spotted, and instantly grabbing the smg with 0 regard for stealth is pretty much the James bond I remember. It always starts with 2 min of stealth lol
When I first played that Sniper level, it was absolutely brutal. Took me forever to complete it because it really feels like the enemies have aimbot on. Just one tiny hair outside of cover and the ENTIRE enemy regiment sees you.
I got second hand gamer rage from watching this section lol, actually reminds me of when i was younger and i would lose my mind at hard sections in games, like that last boss in Crysis, fuck that boss.
When I was a kid I thought I was losing my mind looking for those damn snipers every two seconds intruder spotted but valuable tool teaching you how to be properly sneaky one of the best 007 games period it's criminal this and goldeneye haven't been remastered
1:59 micky d , idk if you’ll see this, but the voice actor for Rook is a family friend of my dad, when i found out , i said “you were him?” (showing him rook) and he said “i think so? idk i didn’t play the game” 😂😂
@@MickyDlove this game but its very stressful to say least some mission for me personaly were pain to get through like chain reaction and underwater level second mission but after that its okay
Don't remember much of the story mode , just going to my friends house in the late 90s / early 2000s and all crowding around the PS2 and playing the multiplayer, on the skyrail map one of us would be at the castle with the sentinel guided rocket thing and the other would be at the hotel thing at the other side of the map trying to snipe them. Also grappling hook and oddjobs hat.
After N64 Golden Eye, "Agent under fire" is my personal favorite Bond game. This was because the split screen pvp was so fun. The hook shot, ability to adjust speed, and all that kind of stuff was just so good.
N64 TWINE is really good as well if you have access to an N64 (emulation is really spotty, and the controls are next to impossible to make work with a modern controller)
@@pyrolick2 Yep!! I still have it on my PS2. You have to change to control scheme to get it to play like modern games/ be able to snipe while grappled int the air ;)
Chain reaction is such a cool level. Also the ones in the Phoenix building. And the Phoenix base. And the mayhew private domain in Japan. And the castle in Austria... Damn, yeah this game has the best bond levels.
The sniper-level makes me long for a Metal Gear Solid 2-video. There's a funky PC-version of it with some cool extra modes. Would something like that be on the table anytime? :-)
They really needed checkpoints in that water level, would have improved the game a whole point. And maybe some on foot sections on the island surface (But not the long, boring on foot section in the shitty gearbox port)
I actually found the game guide for nightfire at my local 2nd hand shop and i would love to try playing through it using the guide. I loved this game as a kid and we would paly it so much. I dont think any of us could beat the campaign because of how hard it was to us back then.
I do not remember having this much trouble with the submarine level. I thought the mines were on, like, patrol loops, and you can go as slow as you like so long as you avoid their paths. It's also possible young-me just memorized the right way to go through cuz I played that game a zillion times XD
I just found you're chanel and you are funny and brilliant I hope u continue to keep up with thus.❤ Respects from you're fellow irish man Dia dhuit (God bless ya)
I have now given up watching tv in general after finding your videos . Funniest 💩ive seen and heard in ages . Ive literally been crying through this video with tears of laughter lol 🤣🤣😂. Excellent videos and fun is the word of the day . Crap day at work ....just watch your videos lol . Keep up the excellent content 😀👍
that underwater mission was a pain as a child i know it to well how long it took me to get though it. and those mines are just the worse i hated it so much as a kid
My favorite bond games are Everything or Nothing and From Russia With Love. I'm more partial to the third person, an espically in From Russia With Love where you can play Dress Up with Sean Connery.
Man, this game is such a throwback for me, used to play the multiplayer for hours with my cousins. Looking back the single player is really short lol, but it didn't seem like that at all when I was like 9 or whatever.
Those guys tossing the C4 onto the elevator are in so much trouble. Drake might have let them get away with it had they been successful in stopping Bond. But now he got away AND Drake has to take the stairs from the 80th floor to leave the building? I suspect they'll be taking a one-way down the elevator shaft.
Well, since this is a re upload, I'll quote, or perhaps rather paraphrase, a comment from the original bc I liked it: "I love it when the Irish man plays 007"
I am still of the opinion that this is a rite of passage. I beat it. But I lost a lot of time, and most of it was cursing 🤬 the ### mines and THAT Sub!
Man, trying to beat Phoenix Fire on 00 Agent to get the last Pistol upgrade was horrible. Never would have managed it if the game didn't let you blow out the glass windows to the control center with explosives.
As much as Deep Descent used a cool gimmick of an underwater car, it was easily the most stressful mission of 007 Nightfire. Very unforgiving with zero checkpoints if you die.
Hey Micky, if you just spotted that Malprave Agent Under Fire reference, did you know that Zoe from the first couple missions is the same Zoe from Agent Under Fire too?

No problem boss, thanks for the video!
Cool I was watching yesterday and missed the ending 🤡

"Don't you dare say the word pog on my Catholic UA-cam channel" is somehow a whole mood for me.

Ye but all jokes aside, great content chief
I find immense joy watching PS2 games being played.
On a totally real PS2.
The realest PS2 , says Sony and everything 👌🏻
My guess its cause there was so much more gameplay variety
Same
This is such a nostalgia trip. Also the Harry Potter Wizards card sensor is hysterical.
"I have to do the whole fuckin level again!" was the most real anger I've heard in a while. I don't mean to laugh at your expense but that was great
I remember getting this, a PS2, and the Chamber of Secrets. Best Christmas EVER.
Nice for you :) seems like you had fun for years! I only had The Goblet of Fire (and Nightfire). Shit HP game IMO.
I kind of wish that you could play as "low polly pierce brosnan" in every game.
Imagine playing Oblivion and every character model is low polly pierce brosnan, literally perfect game.

Yes! Honestly, I’ve been looking forward all week for part 3. Thanks Micky!

"Oirish Man Get's Angry At Old Video Games" is a genre I didn't know that I wanted.

I'm playing Agent Under Fire now. My goal is to get Platinum on all the levels to make Multiplayer so good

I missed the post about the re-upload and thought I was living in Groundhog Day.
Descent was playtested by one guy, who lucked his way through it without failing once. The devs said "good enough" and never touched the level again.

this first mission was my favorite
