I make a pudding for breakfast: 2 cups coconut milk 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoons of flax meal and a handful of pumpkin seeds. Let sit overnight. Top with berries... ❤ So yummy 😋

I add a spoonful of chia seeds to 300ml water mixed with organic Moringa powder for walking .After walk i take this sipping little......me from INDIA.....
What I do, is anytime I cooked a ground meat, I add 3 teaspoons of chia, mix it, cheese, a sauce (like 57, A1, Worcestershire), together with vegetables that day, distributes the chia well in the entree.
They can be eaten by sprinkling on top of cereal. They don’t taste like anything then, that’s for those who don’t like the taste when the seeds are soaked in water
Hello Doc. I would like to share my experience yesterday about chia seeds. I added half teaspoon of chia seeds on my hot milk with my oat meal and nuts for breakfast, after an hour i feel like i am soffocating and a bad taste in my toungue/mouth the whole day. Can you give me any idea why? TIA

I make something very similar.... coconut milk, chia seeds, fresh mango chunks..let it sit overnight. I'll add some protein powder next time!
I use 2 tbsp chia and 8oz canned coconut milk. I eat half daily. I top it with 1/4c blueberries.

I put chia seeds in my tea. I boil any teas like ginger and others, then I put chia seeds, lemon juice and honey. I drink the tea mix with chia seeds.
I add it to yogurt, oatmeal, or granola and I don't taste the chia seeds.
I just read some where that ,chia seeds are very high in oxalate, so its not advisable to take them .
All green leafy foods are high in oxalate. Would you not take green leafy vegetables?
