    I noticed that you guys don’t leave the wiper blades up when you wash cars. Is that preference or is there a practical reason why?

    • @ChemicalGuys
      @ChemicalGuys  4 роки тому +9

      Hey Brandon! Thanks so much for watching and for your question. The reason I don't leave the wiper arms up when foam and rinsing is because I've seen it too many times where the arms will drop onto the windshield or when working with many cars you have to adjust the wipers so that they do not come into contact with the paint on the hood. For me it easier to scrub underneath there with a foamy wash mitt.

    I'm surprised I never see anyone mention this, but:
    Want your vehicle to dry spotless without further touch and risk of scratch?
    Get a pressurized chemical sprayer from a home improvement store and dump a couple gallons of distilled water in. Rinse from top to bottom thoroughly. No spots.
    Just be sure to ONLY ever use distilled water in that sprayer.
