You want a good recipe for avocados ? , cut rhem in half, remove pit, in each half place somesalt cured smokehouse country ham , thinly sliced, appx. 2 ounces in each half, place a true free range country egg, brown shell with the rich golden yolk on in each half, fresh cracked black pepper on top and bake on a sheet pan until your preferred doness of eggs at 350 degree F, check after 10 minutes, then every three to five minutes thereafter if not done enough for you . Do not add any salt. Kentucky country salt cured , smokehouse ham is very salty. My family from rural kentucky, you will love it.

Where do you get those huge avocados? It looks like its the same size as his hand and mine are really small, still delicious but small.
I made the avocado plain fries with the breading, came out terrible tasting haha. Tasted like the batter and breading shouldn't be on them. Prefer regular avocado definitely.

Another simple recipe people can try is: Avocado Chicken Salad.
2 Avocado's
2 Cooked chicken breasts
1 Table spoon of Mayo
1/4 white onion
2 teaspoons of Lemon juice.
-Dice or shred your cooked chicken into a bowl, then add the avocado's to it and mash with a fork. Once its mashed together, add the mayo, onions and lemon juice then mix it up again and finish with a pinch of Salt & Black pepper.
Its pretty good on its own but its the best in a sandwich :D
