Knob Creek 12. 2XO American Oak. Bardstown Fusion #7. Tincup 10 year. Makers Mark 46 cask French oak staves. I’d pick the Fusion #7 but it’s discontinued. So I’ll take the Knob Creek 12.
I go back and forth about which Old Forester is my favorite, between the 1897, 1910, and the Single Barrel Barrel Strength, but if I could only choose one forever, I think I'd have to pick Old Forester 1910. If I had to have a top five, I'd have to throw Woodford Reserve Double Oaked and Russell's Reserve 10 yr in there too.
For me it would be Wild Turkey Rare Breed or KC 12. Although I would be happy getting every ECBP batch forever and ever. Budget friendly options would be KC 9 and JD Triple Mash BiB.
The knob 12 is complex enough and proof enough to be the one ....I could also live with the 9.... Old Fo 100 .... Or Russell's Reserve..... Or the heaven hill bib

Had a feeling you were headed to the KC12. I have only had one KC bottle and it was so peanutty that I have never gone back. I'm going to have to hit a bar and do some more tasting. Also had a fair bottle of HH BIB and was ok, but of these (for me), the Bardstown is maybe tops. Need a little more proof/taste than the BT but if that is all I could drink, I would be happy too. Knob Creek 12 one of my favorites. Good choice. My other might be Barrell Bourbon, their cask strength batches.
