미지님 운동은 쉽게 따라 할 수 잇으면서 효과는 굿~ 저한테 이 운동은 좀 빡시네요;; 하지만 15분 후 땀이 뚝뚝!!떨어져서 상쾌하고 좋아요. 부탁드리고 싶은건 자세에 대한 멘트를 좀 넣어주시면 좋을꺼 같아요. 따라는 하는데 뭔가 자세가 어정쩡해서 간단하게 자막을 넣어주셔도 좋구요. 힙업 운동시 착용한 나이키 검정운동화 모델명 좀 알려주세요~~~
