    아이 낳고 허리디스크에 손목,무릎 안아픈데가 없는데 이 운동은 무리 없이 할 수 있어서 좋아요! 겨울인데도 땀이 꽤 나는게 상쾌하기까지ㅎㅎ

    깔끔한배경에 군살하나없이깔끔한몸매의미지님 하나로깔끔하게 묶은 머리까지 정말 좋아요. 화면상단에 몇번째운동인지,자극부위는어디인지 나
    오면 참 좋겠어요. 얼마나했나 화면을자꾸 터치하게되어서요. ^^

    첨에 할때는 설명이 없어서
    몸치인 내가 잘 따라할수 있을지 조금 걱정도 했는데 걱정이 무색할만큼 쉽고 땀도 많이 나네요 최고에요👍

    심박수가 증명하는 운동 강도,,, 저는 코어힘이 안좋아서그런지 버티는 동작들이 너무 너무 어렵고 힘든 것 같아요,, 보기에는 제일 쉬워보이는데,,, 언젠가 저도 안쉬고 매끄럽게 루틴을 따라할 날이 오길바랍니다,, 일주일정도 식후 15분씩 하루 총 3번~4번 이 운동을 해주고 있는데 땀이 날 정도로 고강도라서 혈당도 훅 떨어뜨려주고 다이어트에는 제격인 운동입니다,, 15분이라 부담도 없구요,, 새해맞이 운동 찾으시는 분들 많을텐데 각잡고 운동하는게 부담이라면 저처럼 식후에 한번씩 해준다 생각하고 가볍게 하셔도 좋을것 같습니다,,!

    I keep lots of your exercises, just start doing this today, its abt 16 minutes but I can do only half of that 🥲😭, Im 53, didn't do exercise for many years, feel bad, always lack of energy for doing my daily routine, gee, will try again tom, anyway, half of your exercise today already refresh me, thanks Mizi

    💙 23.1.9.월 ⭕ 마무리 운동으로 해주었는데 땀내며 마무리하니 좋네요! 그런데 동작 이름이나 자극점이나 주의할 점에 대한 설명이 전혀 없어서 아쉽습니다

    미지샘이 넘 열심히 하시니까 동작 하나하나 설렁설렁 할 수가 없네요. 저 바디도 저렇게 하는데 이 바디는 몇 배는 더 열심히 해야 한다! ㅋㅋㅋ 샘 50초가 너무 기네요.

    미지님 운동은 쉽게 따라 할 수 잇으면서 효과는 굿~
    저한테 이 운동은 좀 빡시네요;;
    하지만 15분 후 땀이 뚝뚝!!떨어져서
    상쾌하고 좋아요.
    부탁드리고 싶은건 자세에 대한 멘트를 좀 넣어주시면 좋을꺼 같아요.
    따라는 하는데 뭔가 자세가 어정쩡해서
    간단하게 자막을 넣어주셔도 좋구요.

    Hi Miss MIZI 🤗 i'll be honest this is the only work out that I'm enjoying so far for a beginner like me, the song choice also contributes, I haven't noticed the time per exercise. By the way this is my day 1 im 20 and 70 kilos . I'mma do this as my morning routine ☺️

    Hello Mizi, thanks God i found your workout programs. I already passed the 7 days challenge. Your workouts are simple to watch but some are hard to do but i really enjoyed it. I just have one question, "is it necessary to do the two videos that have task in everyday workout challenge? .

    I like many of your workouts which are knee friendly, no jumping and within 30 minutes. 15 or 20 minute workout is good to the busy people. Your workout makes me sweating and exercise my whole body. Thank you very much.

    우와 빨리 끝내서 좋아요
    동작은 쉬운데 계속 이어서 하니까 30분 이상 되면 힘들어 요
