I would like to clarify that the case from Polikhim quest can spawn in other places, i've got mine from the small room by the staircase, its still on the second floor but if you'd only look under the glass you could miss it.
what about this bugs? you need to do this quest in marathon mode? because i found the case in a common raid in custom so i dont understand how it works yet
