As a Kiwi, I'm proud to see that you have a poster of the Britten race bike prominently displayed. Maybe you could do a video on Britten. It's a great story.
My dream garage! I have a carport. The bike lives there, along with my wife's car, March - November. My bike hibernates in a shed with power over the Winter. It works.
Thanks so much for sharing headquarters with us, Dave!! I love it! I also like organization, but garage is a mess. It's 2,000 sq. ft., and it's a disaster, which is hard for me to deal with because I'm really anal retentive about tidiness. I've been an engineer most of my adult life, and neatness is my hallmark, but I have failed in my garage. LOL As for waving at scooters, I always do! Heck, I'll even wave at guys on pedal bikes and sometimes they'll wave back. I love your collection of bikes, too! My Mrs. doesn't want me to have multiple bikes, so I sold my C90T Boulevard a bought a new Gold Wing. Maybe I can talk her into a Zuma! 🙂 As always, thanks SO VERY MUCH for all that you bring to the table for us who are aspiring to be motorcyclists! YOU are the standard, sir! Ride well!! (almost time to put some more paper towels in the holder, eh? LOL)
I love our Honda Click 150i that we keep in Cebu, Philippines. It is a motorcycle paradise there; serpentine two-lane winding up and down the hills. Ocean to clouds in 15km.
Nice set up. Takes a pretty special guy to really go full tinker. I need to start somewhere because these after winter storage, mid season, and yearly tune ups/bike checks are killing me 😞
just pulled up this video and it is great and so is your delivery. love the fact that scooter is in the garage as well. it is the most used on daily bases in my house as well. i do have Q for you. one of the bikes i ride is 2015 Multi 1200S touring. i was considering changing out exhaust to Termignoni ( i have on on my sport classic ) but was not sure if its worth the effort. seeing your 2012 i was wondering if you love it and why. greatly appreciate all your videos and look forward to your feedback.
Really cool garage Dave, Mrs canyon chaser naming her car Pat was hysterical. I'm wondering why we don't see more of Mrs canyon chaser? Is she shy? Like maybe get a video of her on track day or something. Or if she's like my wife, she just doesn't want to be seen with her husband? Getting into winter here in Michigan, there needs to be a motorcycle hotline for PMS...
She hates being on camera, and even doesn't much like me showing photos of her without her helmet. Years ago she was the host of a series of car commercials (local car lot) and she hated the attention she got from it. But I love the idea of a PMS Hotline. hahaha!
That was fun! Safe to say you won't be turning 17ft circles on your bike in that garage. Very functional. I like it a lot! Pat🤣🤣🤣 I've been told I do a pretty good impression of her/him/it/them. lol was that pronoun appropriate?🤪 I'd wave to you on your scooter brother. I wave to anything two wheels. Or three sometimes.
Meh. Understand the level of exposure and adjust our riding to the situation. Most times I'm going around 20 mph in neighborhoods, slower than I go on my bicycle. You likely wouldn't harass a bicycle for not putting on a fully armored leather airbag suit with a full face helmet to ride a few blocks to the coffee shop.
When you say over/under inflation is overrepresented in crash data, how can you know that? You would have to know the percentage of bikes on the road that have over/under inflated tires, in order to know that wrecks have more than the average.
Or... They check the tire pressure of a crashed motorcycle and check to see if it's under or over inflated per the manufactures recomendation. Working at motorcycle shops, it's not uncommon to have bikes roll in with 5psi of pressure in their tires.
@@CanyonChasers My point is that yes, you can see if lots of wrecked bikes have incorrect pressure. But what you're overlooking is that you don't know if 90% of the bikes on the road have incorrect pressure, or 5%. You have to know that number to state statistically that there is a relationship between inflation and accidents. Otherwise it is just an observation, "x percent of wrecked bikes have incorrect inflation," but with no way to relate that with bikes that don't crash, and their inflation (whereas you imply that they have better inflation numbers, but that's just supposition.)

Yes. It's an amazing story! Such an unfortunate ending :(
@@CanyonChasers Indeed. An amazing guy was John Britten. and I could be wrong, but I don't think he even rode a motorcycle.
Would be a good movie 🎥
Can't wait for the Aprilia project.
The best part of a big dorky wave on a scooter is how much it makes the whole scooter wobble. It's like the scootscoot's waving, too!
Garage with a lift is ALL TYPES OF AWESOME!!!!!
Very nice setup Dave! The "Pat" reference goes back way back to SNL. That made me laugh!
Ride safe!
Super organised Dave, Great tour of the corporate HQ. Ride safe, ride well 🤓
My dream garage! I have a carport. The bike lives there, along with my wife's car, March - November. My bike hibernates in a shed with power over the Winter. It works.
Hi Dave, I have got three bays too. Shit everywhere, can’t find a bloody thing.

Love the carry over from the revzilla series. Great set up.
Looks like an eficient, useful space. I have 3 bays too, but one is the tandem workshop for bikes, with a similar lift. Perfect!
I love our Honda Click 150i that we keep in Cebu, Philippines. It is a motorcycle paradise there; serpentine two-lane winding up and down the hills. Ocean to clouds in 15km.
You do love working on motorcycles! No lies!!
I'm a little jelly!
Nice set up. Takes a pretty special guy to really go full tinker. I need to start somewhere because these after winter storage, mid season, and yearly tune ups/bike checks are killing me 😞
Woooww, finally
Great upload thanks, beautiful working space.
Dorky wave for the win!
Thanks for sharing your space.
Your garage is a masterpiece!
Thank you! It's always a work in progress right. Not a lot of space that does a lot of things.
Fantastic big garage. I don't have a garage or shed where I live unfortunately. I have to keep and work on my bike outside in all weather's.
Very nice. Beautifully arranged 👍👍❤️❤️
Wow..great use of space and well organized..
Dave, I love you man. Period.
I love you too, man!
I like scooters too; I can not lie. It’s been Vespas for me. ET4 (150cc), GT200 and my favourite the PX200.👍🏻
Scooters are awesome!
Sad to see the 848 go but can't wait to see the work start on the Aprilia 👌

You forgot to show off the driveway race track.🙂
Great tour dave!

Appreciate the video - which lift are you currently using?
It’s an old Handy from a motorcycle shop that went out of business.
Awesome garage!
Dave, If you haven't listened to Norm MacDonald's memoir "Based on a True Story" audiobook you're missing out! There is a Pat BOMBSHELL!
I need to make that happen. Norm was amazing. So sad he's gone. :(
Nice. Keep at it.
I will be happy to find a place near yours so I can see it up close.
Not too close. It’s dusty on top of all the tall things. 😅
That was fun!

Damn 🥇you win
Dream garage 😻
Great bike garage; my last four were great as well except for the constant home renovations that plugged them up. One day....
Oh yeah. i get anxious when the garage is used for a home project that takes more than a few days.
Wonderful~ I just have a question. If only one motorcycle had to be left in your garage. which one would stay? :)
Pretty easy. The MultiAwesome!
Hello great movie very nice mounted ;)
No 90’s Sport Bike Classic or a 2 stroke?
I’m not a fan of bikes of the past. They are fun to look at and talk about - kinda miserable to ride. 😎
No mention of the kind of lighting that is used it that great garage..
Good point. They are LED bulbs in old fluorescent shop lights.
9:12 open face helmet and squid tshirt on the scooter? 😮 ATGATT.

There's no taksies backsies when it comes to the biker wave HAHAHA
Yes waive to scooters,,,, but more important is to wave to kids on bicycles.
Love it!
Did you sell the 848?
Yep. About a month or so ago.
