What aspect of your mental health do you want to improve as somebody who is self-employed?

SO glad someone finally made a video on this! I'm in this boat. The loneliness and financial uncertainty are real struggles and there is no one in my life who I can talk to about it who understands. Thanks for posting this. Glad to know I'm not the only one going through this. 😢

Hit the nail on the head with mood being tied to how well my business is doing. I'm a private guitar tutor and this is a my first summer fully self employed. Naturally people are away, I have savings to survive the lower income till September but it's still really stressful trying to gain some new clients. For me, money is stress. I always feel like I'm in survival mode and questioning, am I doing enough.

Hello, I have been enjoying your videos. I am wondering if you might discuss how to handle your anxiety when needing to manage employees. I'm self employed and work remotely and often feel like i'm "bossing everyone around" and spreading my anxiety to my team.

Hi Petra, I'm glad you've been enjoying my videos! That is an excellent suggestion and a common struggle, I can definitely address that in a future video!
