Wow your recent free styles are really great! 🎤
Especially the one with the younger audience.
Maybe one day you will give a show in the UK.
I will definitely come 😁
I'm his dad and I still get chills and thrills when I see these.
Thanks "dad" for giving us a rare diamond. Always baffled by his wide knowledge. Is you whole family like that?
I am grateful for Chris's skills in inspiring me and giving me better ideas on how to rhyme very complex words.
Greatest freestyle pappa #dropthebeatgoodsir
As far as you know you're his dad😳
@@jemmic96well remembered
The fact he just matched "wrong" with "croissant" due to using an accent proves this mans genius
one of my favorite ways rhyming can be achieved, just a change in accent or emphasis :)
"one of my favorite ways rhymin' can be a-cheeeeev, just change the accent or empha-seee"
@@JWAM opens the rhyme to a lot more words to work with :)
"This one is baguette, this one is croissant" Dude!!!
Pulling out the "go crazy, get the strawberry, the Frenchman says 'fraise'" was a nice touch
yeh but no one in the crowd got it haha
and ananas pineapple
2.48 "Gives me the thrill got a slight heat on the scale scoville" banger of a line.
Not just a great rapper but the amount of knowledge this man possesses is out of this world
When your keyboardist freaking giggles ear to ear grin and dances in his chair at the end of the rap, and they are front and center for all of them, you know it's one of Chris's finer work. You could tell, the beat he made for Chris to overlay the lyrics was absolutely perfect. The flow of the words was just, absolutely top notch, and the rhymes, more intricate. Easier for a freestyle rapper to pull off if they can "feel" the beat and it gives them a rhythm to follow for the words. I once did a good freestyle. Just once. I was bored at work, no one was around, I put on a beat from a channel on youtube and just started. I went a solid three minutes before I couldn't keep the story going. It all made sense, it all rhymed, and I didn't repeat rhymes or use too similar of words, or rhyming suffixes (such as "tion" and "ing"). A coworker overheard me and ran over to hear me do the last minute but then I fizzled out. He was blown away, egging me to do another one....I told him it was a one off and it consumed most of my brainpower for the rest of the shift. It's difficult to do freestyle without practice and using some written words to get your first freestyles started and getting a good feel for it.
I like how Chris isn't afraid to play with a variation of a word's pronunciation--- all rappers do it, he has done it in many previous freestyles and doesn't overdo it, and it works extremely well. I think Chris could honestly make a really good album in his free time between shows. You don't have to go on tour, some artists don't tour....NF, and Chris, both inspired me to write song lyrics and study music theory. Chris could make rap songs with really intricate words and people would have better vocabularies from listening. I have a bad habit of endlessly perfecting my written lyrics. Some day, it will be uploaded for all to hear. Right now, I've got five fairly thick notebooks, four of them are filled with lyrics for potentially....twenty songs worthy of an album, or perhaps fifty more slowly released.....I'd rather do quality over quantity. Even if I end up doing just one song, it'll be long enough, with enough changes in chords, bpm, chorus changes, octaves, and many changes in flow to keep it interesting and progressing. Essentially, a Pink Floyd album but for rap.
I never knew Chris used to be a little girl
ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!That was soooo sick 😮😮😮😮 Bars! Bars! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Wow that was incredible man
"Proustian scent memory" 🤣 I was getting it, too!
This was genius Chris!!!! One of the best ones, and I've seen a lot. Loved the accents on this one. Come out to Texas when you get a chance! Oui Oui!
Chris is a brilliant freestyler keep going
One of the cleverest ever. Dropping so many cultural references from around the world, without a moment's thought, is really quite astonishing. Still looked effortless as well!
Perfect, as always!
Talking about the E-Coli. Levels in the water was actually crazy because you weren’t rapping… you were spitting straight facts in a speaking voice with a beat. That’s actually crazy cool
Murdered the beat 🎉
absolute freakin' genius. gotta be the best rapper there is. and one of the top comics. every time i'm blown away. everyone should know this guy's name. the degree of sophistication is unreal... by the way; i used to be a pepper farmer - he just pulled out 'scoville' referring to the official scale measuring spiciness - not a huge percentge of people even know that word and he's just popping it out like nothing mid rap
To Sir Chris,or the geezer innit, known as Chris Turrner,I dunno, you’re British,I never know what to call you limeys:
You have taken crowd work to a stupidly magnificent level.
Well done!!
Unbelievably brilliant, funny and NASTEEEEEE!
Amazing. Sneaking in the Scented Markers so smooth
Omg. This guy knows so much about so many different thing.
Absolutely amazing
Kudos
🙂 so good man! Amazing stuff!!
Holy shit dude this has to be one of your better ones, this was pure fire!
Good stuff as ever Chris... when are you touring the homeland??
Seconded 🙌
Brilliant!
Definitely one of your best!!!
Scented markers - not the level of 'a day in the life of an aztec highpriest but still quite a remarkably good suggestion. :)
propar ol skool sound 80s banging
ah not enough love for the "fraise" "crazy" rhyme scheme. I'm guessing not everyone knows the word for strawberry in french.
I pressed he knows what a Banchan is
you'll blow up soon enough man, impressive talent
So talented bloke
Being somewhat of freestyle rhymer in our square of friends (there's four of us), I applaud your vast vocabulary, general knowledge, lyrical genius and well mannered roasting.
Hahaha! I just watched the green jockstrap video 💀 #newsub
I want to see Harry Mack and Chris Turner together :)
someone that doesn't know of this guy's talents attempts to be a bully, he says "you're a weedy little geek" -- Nick minute, Chris Turner unleashes a sound bomb and blows that guy away
Yea, mans ate real good. Top notch
No one has more talent than this man
universe has a sense of humour haha i got two test showing sign of tb and still i have ct scan left to do so funny how it came up in a video that i choose randomly and you happen to bring it up (i'm fine, as you can see, watching rap videos)
4:55
Great variety of accents on this one.p
no way he put baguette and croissant in there lol
Hi Chris!
Wild'n Out would love you
Salamanca is far away from the Mediterranean, it's like 1000Km (like a million school busses for the americans) and the Salamanca University is the 3th oldest in Europe founded in 1218
Doesn't Kimchi break the no food rule?
That mullet is really coming on.
Secret combover too
Dude, you must collab with Harry Mack. Nice.
Please no... this is not rap. It's just spoken words over beats.
Pls make a duo song with harry mack, he about england, you about USA :> good bad, whaever
very good idea
youtube automatic subtitle loves you too : it wrote "the Sin" for "the Seine" and "quason" for "croissant" adding to your (obviously fake) accent.
I just wondered if Chris actually also has made written raps, none freestyle.
I quite wonder how intelligent his rymes would be if he spends a few days thinking about them rather then just a couple of minutes
He has one about his foreskin and a couple of others. I highly recommend.
Genuine asking, how are you so knowledgeable about all these random topics?
You did your best with this, and it's been awhile since it happened, but the beat really let you down this time. :|
I think saying he's a "Rap genius" might be a little generous. I think he's a better comedian then rapper.
This guy is bullying himself with the video titles all the time.
I stopped listening to these when the beats got so shit.... sadly the live beats are still shit
WTF is this beat, truly awful.
He’s ok I guess. If you want to see it done a lot better, look up Harry Mack. 😉
