The way he's literally rapping to the audience when he forgets The Emu War to try and get them to tell him, is like "Jesus guys I just needed 1 person to yell it out really loud so I don't have to stop like this", and then just immediately jumps back on beat once he knows the subject is just legendary.
I also like when he breaks temporarily to go back to a meta-discussion of the thing he's doing while he's doing it and forcing rhymes in to keep it all afloat
This guy's ability to coin a rap on the spot is nothing less than amazing and his general knowledge is beyond impressive! I wish the very best for him!

Off the dome freestylers always think two lines at a time. Trying to think more lines will get you mistakes so he should be able to pick it up anytime anyways. I guess you could always debate that these topics are partially prepared because while the topics are given in the beginning ideas are flying in already. Chris might actively think of things to mention in those moments while the audience gives him topics but I think he mainly focusses on staying present because that’s the best way to go about it. The more you are thinking in the future, the more likely you are to mispronounce words, fail your delivery, say the wrong words, forget your topics, etc
