What a gift you give to so many! I’ve started using one of your videos daily- and so far it’s mad me cry every morning. Maybe I need that release- years of holding it back. Perhaps a day will come when I don’t cry when doing these exercises; but it has shown me how to release anxiety, forgive and accept myself and others in a way no book, therapist, intense exercise or any other form has. I hear from this project on a Jiro Taylor podcast a few years ago, I found it very interesting, although at the time for some reason I didn't follow it. Then it happen a lot on my life that caused that i just get focused on the bad things, causing it low vibration giving space to more bad habbits. I have a month begining to do a inner change, by doing physical things, like take a walk, and do some home excersises, and now for the first time i hear this Love and Kindness video by chance, and literally something changed in me at the moment i hear this practice, something that allow me not to wander, and never get down on things so easily. Thank you very much, you got a new follower for life. !

Omg it’s incredible ❤ I did this for the first time in my life . Long time ago wanted to try but always was tomorrow or next time but today I decided to make a step and I choose this short session . I never thought that I will feel all my body tingling ,my arm fingers and quods was so heavy and tingling like I really felt some electricity running through my body . Also was very cold . But after session still I felt like paralyse a bit and decide to lie down. I been with close my eyes and I start see so many colours like green than blue than purple , so like some 🌪 going through my chakras .I felt very heavy but same time very happy . Amazing experience . Will continue ❤thanks

These are great but the voice needs to have its own channel in the mix and please, you missed prepping 2 cues for breath and you can't do that with breath work, please rerecord:))
