A wave of energy hit me, it truly scared me and I almost inhaled and stopped the exercise but I just RODE THAT WAVE, more like floated along, and I feel so much better now it’s crazy. thanks so much, this will be part of my daily routine forsure!

I was feeling like my emotions were stuck for the past few weeks and my usual wellness practice wasn't getting me through. This helped so much. After the third repetition I felt all the sadness and anger flow through me. I wept through the whole end meditation. I feel a little lighter. I will add this to my daily routine. I feel the same and also cried during the practice. Tears of gratitude that this practice from such a sincere, loving soul found me at a time that I need it the most and am ready to receive. Four months. Doing this everyday now. I can feel the air expanding and softening the lower belly/ pelvis area. I can even connect with my lower back and lower abs muscles better which was previously not possible. Also observed that my singing voice is has a bit more power now when I practice. Holds are becoming more comfortable day by day. And it’s always liberating to step away from my personal story to simply just be.
This is so nice, I haven't given myself this kind of attention in a long time. I did it lying next to my dog and afterwards she was also fully relaxed and wanted me to give her some of the energy, so lovely 💞

No more snoring! :) More energy throughout the day and this exercise also has helped with my cardio vascular system I am able to do any sort of cardio much longer as I can take more air into my lungs now. Trust me if you do this daily, you will improve ur lifestyle! Peace!

This is my first time ever doing breath work and wow.. it was such an interesting experience! I feel utter peace, and felt super connected to my higher consciousness. My chakras became pastel colored which I've never seen before!

Thank you so much for this I’m 23 and have been struggling with panic disorder for 2 years due to drug abuse and psychiatric medications my vagus nerve has been damaged and through a lot , I appreciate this I’m really trying to heal my body from all the mess thankyou so much I’m going to do this everyday. Truly unreal how you feel after you do this. I had no idea my body was capable of holding breath for 2 minutes. If you're hesitating on trying this, do know that something will shift when you do this guided meditation.

From my understanding with Wim Hoff breathing, you are breathing into your belly ( expanding it), then into your chest, then into your head. With the method Joe teaches, on the "in breath " you are squeezing at each energy center. Holding the squeeze at that energy center, as the "in breath " travels up. Breathing into the belly with Joe's method, means bringing the belly button to the spine and holding or locking it down. With Joe, the energy centers correspond to the chakras. Hope this helps.

wow that was my first time, i instantly felt a wave of emotion and almost cried but just rode through it, i actually felt so many emotions! im going to dedicate my next six weeks in lock down to learning about breath work! thank you
i work in an animal shelter and it is very emotionally draining, as well as deeply rewarding, i find myself practicing mindfulness daily with the dogs i spend time with because animals themselves are very mindful creatures, but on days and in moments where i feel overwhelmed i remember this breathing pattern and it honestly helps me so much. even when i do behavioural training with dogs who are so afraid and have been so abused, i sit with them and breathe and i swear when they look me in the eyes they begin to calm down, too. thank you so much for this, i'm so grateful i found your channel and i hope you know the practices you share are so valuable x

Highlight of our day. A new Breathe and Flow video. I meditate everday not just for myself and my family but to raise the positive energy in the group consciousness. I feel it's important at the moment.
I will do this every day for 28 days to incorporate meditation and breathwork into my daily practice, while at the same time connecting with other people virtually to have an additional spiritual experience. Here's my progress/daily log: day 1 - 11.30pm: That felt amazing; even though I will soon go to bed, my mind is very clear and awake (in a good way). day 2 - 11.30pm: I did this with my brother at the same time over FaceTime, and he was able to hold his breath more than ever, especially since he got coronavirus in March.
day 5 of this exercise. I feel so wonderful. By the end of the meditation, I get goosebumps from the energy around me.i don't know if that's normal or weird but thank you so much for sharing this with the world. God bless you both, Namaste!

Hello Friends, I'm very grateful God brought us together through youtube ethers. I love doing this healing breathe work last night, I found myself deeply relaxed and emotional. I had a bicycle accident one day and then witnessed a car accident the next day so it was very traumatic and triggering to experience. I bruised my right ribs and this breathe work is divine. I was thinking this morning that I have to find a breathing exercise as I feel a cold coming on and I feel it in my chest. Not a good time for any lung issues. I open YT and your video is in my feed, thank you Spirit. I was able to complete the session but had to adjust during the 90 seconds hold, I had to take breaks. I’ve done this a few times now and I love this. The woman’s voice is very soothing and the practice felt extremely effective. First time it was confusing how Flow kept breathing after we were supposed to hold but it was explained that he was just doing what was right for him this time. This is my first breathing exercise, i was scared to do it but took the risk. Wow was it worth it. I felt so light head and ear rang for a second than it was just peace and strength. Will be coming back to this video. Life really does start after you move past the fear. Thank you!

I very much recommend this breath work. I've been doing it for years now. For people suffering, this will always bring you a bit back into being and thus reduce anxiety etc. Accept anxiety when it is rising, live it, be it, through feeling, this is the fastest way to "battle", rejection pushes it back inside, thus no or little ease and resolution. Doing quick breath work, with deep breath, when only little shallow is possible, only to move out of unwanted stuff can bring more of that condition right away. . Be careful not to force it, if there is no full inhale, that is reality then, just do it lightly with short, soft breaths. Condition will always keep improving, it is an accumulative thing. Be yourself, that's the fast track through troublesome times. I feel you, much love 💌

I felt like it was moving blockages, like it was releasing old stagnant energy, breaking through kept coming to mind, and visuals of purple light. How often can I do this? Once a day? Every other day? I knew I needed something more, went searching and found this. So Grateful..🙏
this is exactly why we do the breathwork. you can do up to 5 rounds of those 30 breaths, then the effects stagnate. we recommend doing it as instructed in this video 3 rounds of 30 breaths in the morning and again in the evening if you have the time 🙏
Breathe and Flow when you say you can do up to 5 rounds, should you increase the time you hold your breath by 30secs for the 4th and 5th round? Just back for an evening session at this and seen your comment

Wow, i went in open minded, not expecting anything. Suddenly my chest felt heavy, like it was filled with heavy rocks, than i had to cry it out. And i must say, i feel a bit more relieved now.. Been dealing with some deep stuck emotions lately that i was not able to reach. i felt the pain, but i could not reach it. Man, the power of breathing, its like a language to our body. Amazing.

what on earth just happened.... i didnt quite hold my breath 4 2mins. but at the end I saw some faces.... that transformed into just eyes for the next minute or so... i feel weird in a very good way... like I know something is taking care of me n helping me ... not so alone or something.... this was my first ever breathwork I think... i currently just mediate focusing on the breath... think I will change my routine to incorporate this 4 sure. I've been wanting to begin a breathwork practice. I purchased an audiobook a few weeks ago by Max Strom titled A Life Worth Breathing, but haven't listened to it yet. This video popped up in my feed tonight, coincidentally after an anxiety attack. This video was truly transformational. It took me a little bit to catch on to the practice, but by round two I understood. I never thought I would be able to hold my breath for a minute and thirty seconds. I was blown away. Not only do I feel completely relaxed, but I literally feel as if I have breathed life into my body that was not there before the exercise. This was remarkable. Thank you so much for this gift. I really like this video. I've come here from Wim Hof UA-cam suggestions as it seems many have. Breathwork has been going on for eons, as long as humans have. Sacred medicine. Wim Hof is using the breathwork with the cold exposure but Wim Hof didn't come up with these techniques. All a shared journey to wellness and a deeper inner sanctuary but I appreciate you guys acknowledging that the breathwork is not in itself "Wim Hof." Doesn't really matter where you find it but you've found it so keep breathing. Thank you for the video and you have a new subscriber. ☺️

You should try cold showers if you haven't already. I get a similar feeling of negativity being washed away,, its a great experience.

This is so nice, I haven't given myself this kind of attention in a long time. I did it lying next to my dog and afterwards she was also fully relaxed and wanted me to give her some of the energy, so lovely 💞

No more snoring! :) More energy throughout the day and this exercise also has helped with my cardio vascular system I am able to do any sort of cardio much longer as I can take more air into my lungs now. Trust me if you do this daily, you will improve ur lifestyle! Peace!

This is my first time ever doing breath work and wow.. it was such an interesting experience! I feel utter peace, and felt super connected to my higher consciousness. My chakras became pastel colored which I've never seen before!

From my understanding with Wim Hoff breathing, you are breathing into your belly ( expanding it), then into your chest, then into your head. With the method Joe teaches, on the "in breath " you are squeezing at each energy center. Holding the squeeze at that energy center, as the "in breath " travels up. Breathing into the belly with Joe's method, means bringing the belly button to the spine and holding or locking it down. With Joe, the energy centers correspond to the chakras. Hope this helps.

wow that was my first time, i instantly felt a wave of emotion and almost cried but just rode through it, i actually felt so many emotions! im going to dedicate my next six weeks in lock down to learning about breath work! thank you
i work in an animal shelter and it is very emotionally draining, as well as deeply rewarding, i find myself practicing mindfulness daily with the dogs i spend time with because animals themselves are very mindful creatures, but on days and in moments where i feel overwhelmed i remember this breathing pattern and it honestly helps me so much. even when i do behavioural training with dogs who are so afraid and have been so abused, i sit with them and breathe and i swear when they look me in the eyes they begin to calm down, too. thank you so much for this, i'm so grateful i found your channel and i hope you know the practices you share are so valuable x

I tried this today. And I will never go back. I'm always stressed about Uni and meeting deadlines and always anxious. After doing this. I felt this calmness come over me. I was so peaceful, my mind was clear and my mood instantly changed. Going to try to make this a habit. Its truly amazing 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤
oh my goodness! As soon as I heard the helicopter I got super emotional!! then when the video ended i started crying so much! I was laying down but then I went to seated position and started sobbing. then i started laughing so much!!! I felt all emotions and the wonder of life!!! Highlight of our day. A new Breathe and Flow video. I meditate everday not just for myself and my family but to raise the positive energy in the group consciousness. I feel it's important at the moment.

I will do this every day for 28 days to incorporate meditation and breathwork into my daily practice, while at the same time connecting with other people virtually to have an additional spiritual experience. Here's my progress/daily log:
day 1 - 11.30pm: That felt amazing; even though I will soon go to bed, my mind is very clear and awake (in a good way).
day 2 - 11.30pm: I did this with my brother at the same time over FaceTime, and he was able to hold his breath more than ever, especially since he got coronavirus in March.

I had a bicycle accident one day and then witnessed a car accident the next day so it was very traumatic and triggering to experience. I bruised my right ribs and this breathe work is divine. I was thinking this morning that I have to find a breathing exercise as I feel a cold coming on and I feel it in my chest. Not a good time for any lung issues. I open YT and your video is in my feed, thank you Spirit. I was able to complete the session but had to adjust during the 90 seconds hold, I had to take breaks. Im Sure with time my lungs will be able to handle that long of a hold. Thank you both so much for this. Blessings and health to all.

I’ve done this a few times now and I love this. The woman’s voice is very soothing and the practice felt extremely effective. First time it was confusing how Flow kept breathing after we were supposed to hold but it was explained that he was just doing what was right for him this time. Thank you for this, I’ll explore more vids for sure.

I very much recommend this breath work. I've been doing it for years now. For people suffering, this will always bring you a bit back into being and thus reduce anxiety etc.
Accept anxiety when it is rising, live it, be it, through feeling, this is the fastest way to "battle", rejection pushes it back inside, thus no or little ease and resolution.
Doing quick breath work, with deep breath, when only little shallow is possible, only to move out of unwanted stuff can bring more of that condition right away. .
Be careful not to force it, if there is no full inhale, that is reality then, just do it lightly with short, soft breaths. Condition will always keep improving, it is an accumulative thing.
Be yourself, that's the fast track through troublesome times.

Wow, Wow, Wow. I haven't felt like that in a long time. I felt like it was moving blockages, like it was releasing old stagnant energy, breaking through kept coming to mind, and visuals of purple light. How often can I do this? Once a day? Every other day? I knew I needed something more, went searching and found this. So Grateful..🙏
this is exactly why we do the breathwork. you can do up to 5 rounds of those 30 breaths, then the effects stagnate. we recommend doing it as instructed in this video 3 rounds of 30 breaths in the morning and again in the evening if you have the time 🙏
Breathe and Flow when you say you can do up to 5 rounds, should you increase the time you hold your breath by 30secs for the 4th and 5th round? Just back for an evening session at this and seen your comment

Wow, i went in open minded, not expecting anything. Suddenly my chest felt heavy, like it was filled with heavy rocks, than i had to cry it out. And i must say, i feel a bit more relieved now.. what on earth just happened.... i didnt quite hold my breath 4 2mins. but at the end I saw some faces.... that transformed into just eyes for the next minute or so... i feel weird in a very good way... like I know something is taking care of me n helping me ... not so alone or something.... this was my first ever breathwork I think... i currently just mediate focusing on the breath... think I will change my routine to incorporate this 4 sure.

I've been wanting to begin a breathwork practice. I purchased an audiobook a few weeks ago by Max Strom titled A Life Worth Breathing, but haven't listened to it yet. This video popped up in my feed tonight, coincidentally after an anxiety attack. This video was truly transformational. It took me a little bit to catch on to the practice, but by round two I understood. I never thought I would be able to hold my breath for a minute and thirty seconds. I was blown away. Not only do I feel completely relaxed, but I literally feel as if I have breathed life into my body that was not there before the exercise. This was remarkable. Thank you so much for this gift. I really like this video. I've come here from Wim Hof UA-cam suggestions as it seems many have. Breathwork has been going on for eons, as long as humans have. Sacred medicine. Wim Hof is using the breathwork with the cold exposure but Wim Hof didn't come up with these techniques. All a shared journey to wellness and a deeper inner sanctuary but I appreciate you guys acknowledging that the breathwork is not in itself "Wim Hof." Doesn't really matter where you find it but you've found it so keep breathing. Thank you for the video and you have a new subscriber. ☺️
