This looks great but I am using an empty rice bag filled with sand. I find that it is a bit rough and at times, I get bleeding knuckles.... Have you had this problem before? I might be hitting it too hard maybe
Wow, you guys are in Phoenix too? My TKD Master always talks about how students of Sifu Augustine Fong are really good, I'll have to ask my Master if I could enroll or do privates with you guys!
I'm also curious about your Jow. I have read that Dit Da Jow has many different formulas which contain many different possible herbs. Do you have a supplier you prefer? A preferred recipe? Do you make it yourself?
+Myc O. File I purchased the dit dow jow from Sifu Fong many years ago and I have no idea what formula it was, I am running out. Im not sure if he has any more but you could check with him. There is a Asian herbal place up the street from my house, Im going to see if they have or can make a formula. I will let you know how that goes.
+AZ Wing Chun (azwingchun) I appreciate that. My wife is an herbalist, but we are not overly familiar with traditional Chinese herbs yet. She can make anything I need once I work out the recipe. However, data suggests as many as 100 different herbs are used..depending on the formula and purpose. Thanks again for your input and your help. -Train Well

Hi :)
I am looking for something for a guitarist,
strong and healthy wrists and fingers, especially the smallest one.
What did you rub on your hands?
Dit da Jow
Do you fill your bag with sand?
+Myc O. File Yes I have sand in my iron palm bag for now but I'm going to put mung beans in it as soon as I can :-)
