      @@miapdx503 I'm talking about Obama.
He criticized Bush for being a warmonger, then Obama launched several wars and extensive drone strikes that killed countless innocent civilians. He was quick to bail out his wall street donors but let American homeowners lose their homes without helping. He ran on codifying Roe V Wade but when asked about it after winning said "It's not a priority right now"
He caved to Mitch McConnels shennanigans and let him steal the SCOTUS pick. He didn't tell RBG to retire so he could replace her. So now we have a 6-3 majority of right wing theocratic extremists in our supreme court. Thanks Obama.
He got a lot of people killed, did a lot of regime changes, worked hard for his wealthy donors but not for us. His only major policy he got passed was the ACA, maintaining the status quo of insurance companies fleecing us. His presidency was a disgrace and a failure.

They build stories and arguments with the purpose of coaxing an emotional reaction from their listeners/voters/audience/judge. They're comfortable talking on a stage. There are more competent versions of these idiots who have now learned the degree to which demagogy can succeed. By the next election we will have Trump 2.0, an intelligent populist with an entire infrastructure in place to ramp up the fear and bigotry to sweep into office and remain there. Half the nation has already proved they’re willing to trade basic civil liberties for the promise of a return to a mythological “real America. Democrats are pleased they only lost a handful of seats, but considering how so many of those elected won’t publicly admit the facts of the 2020 election, this SHOULD have been a landslide. That it wasn’t is cause for anyone who believes in this country’s founding principles to worry for our future.

That is another thing. Obama still often comes out to help the democratic party especially as so many miss him in office as evidenced in this very thread. And yet and Trump picked candidate can’t get Trump to show up for him and has to settle for Lindsay Graham. Trump should have just as much free time if not more than Obama just because he is also a former president but nope, he’s too busy whining about an election he lost years ago and dealing with the fallout of taking classified documents he had no business taking
