John Oliver’s latest episode about Trump’s mishandling of the pandemic is truly horrific. During a briefing, he interrupted a doctor talking about deaths to hand out pens. He is fundamentally incapable of caring about the suffering of others. And there are people who are like, “Yes, four more years of this, please.” There is no hope for these people.

Because there was no convincing case the Senate essentially dismissed the case....because it would not have held up in a court of law... The impeachment was a weak accusation that means nothing. That's why most people forget about it.

I read a useful article some weeks back about taking care of ourselves during this mental, physical and financial trying year. It suggested having a support network around you when big announcements were being made. It said don't be alone at these times. Even if you have a group of like minded people (key) on zoom or similar, to help keep the blood pressure from climbing too high. People who will help buffer the emotional rollercoaster of this next week.

Italian here. I can already tell by his little story that Pavarotti had not liked him at all. If you're familiar with italian costumes it's pretty Easy to spot the lie. And btw in Opera if you have a broken voice for whatever reason you don't sing at all. Why? Well, Opera singers are not pop singers, they cannot miss one note for the same reason why a violin in a Concerto cannot play out of tune. He came out and tried anyway, that's the kind of man he was.

As a retired social worker, I haven’t checked lately, but I think we still have something called Medical Indigent coverage. Anyone with no insurance and low income could fill out a firm and get medical services for free. My friend got several surgeries and many of my clients got treatment this way. As far as I know we still have this.

Remember that Gore did win. It was stolen from him by Bush and his brother who happened to be FL governor. Once all the ballots were counted they found Gore had actually won. We now have 3 scotus judges that represented Bush during that theft. Trump has a very good chance of illegally stealing this election with so much corruption on his side.
The Republicans have had 1 president since 1988 win the popular vote. Let that sink in and you understand why they’ll never let the electoral college go otherwise they’d never win again.
Pretty sad that reality singing competitions understand how voting works but our government doesn't.
