- Supreme Court On Electoral Bonds: The Supreme Court Monday asked the State Bank of India (SBI)’s Chairman to submit an affidavit on March 21 declaring that no information has been withheld from disclosure with regards to the scrapped electoral bonds scheme. A five-judge bench, led by Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud, was hearing pleas related to the disclosure of details of Electoral Bonds, in which the apex court had asked the SBI to explain the reasons for the non-disclosure of unique alphanumeric numbers in compliance with its directions. The alphanumeric code helps match the donors to the redeemers.

Now that it understood there is no physical numbers on bonds there isabig possibility of large number of. Bonds sold andnot presented and gone to pms care fund what is behind peoples backs wwhat happened in demonetization

CJI has got the names of Donors, amount donated, name of the recipient and the date encashed. Why do you want serial numbers?? You are frustrated and you were not able to trap the Leader. Everything is transparent. Does CJI prefer donors giving donation in suit cases or through document issued by a Nationalised Bank

Name one Party who do not solicit donations for the Elections from 1947 till date. In UK the Parties solicit donation and in USA Donald Trump is publicly seeking donations. These Countries do not have Judges who will try to criminalise Political donations.
